So, after the dust settles on the matte that Dev is not Divya’s father, HP and Vimla apologize to Dev and Vidhi is in a complete shocked state because she doesn’t know how to face Dev. She still apologizes to him in front of everyone and Dev nods his head, but doesn’t say much. Satyavathi asks Vidhi to come back home and she readily agrees.
Just as when she was to get into Dev’s car, Dev tells Satyavathi that he has some work and asks all of them to go home. Vidhi joins Satyavathi in the other car and they reach Raichand house.
Meanwhile Dev, gets eerily suspicious of Yogesh and without informing Yogesh, goes to his house. Once he reaches, he calls Yogesh.
D: Yogesh, Kahan ho tum?
Y: Kahan Matlab, office mein hoon.
D: aur Kanika?
Y: nahi woh Ghar Pe hai Dev
D: acha
Y: kyun Kanika se milna hai?

By the time they reach Raichand house, it is almost 11pm. D: Kanika, come sit
Vidhi heats up the food and serves to both of them. They have their dinner in silence and Kanika goes to sleep.
Dev helps Vidhi clean up, but maintains a stoic silence throughout.
They both go to their room, Dev directly goes to his table and starts writing in his diary. Vidhi doesn't know how to speak with Dev. She knows she has hurt him, but doesn’t know the extent. She still gathers some courage and walks up to him

Tum ko mujhpe Pyar bhi tha kabhi? Pyar mein Vishwas hota hai. Tum Priya ka side lene ke liye tayyar ho, Amba ki baatien ko sach maan login, par main Hoon kaun? Why should you trust Dev?
