Dev: Dev kaho na. Jab sir kehti ho toh lagta hai humare beech mein doori hai
Vidhi: Koshish toh kar rahi hoon, jaldi hi yeh doori bhi khatam ho jayega
D: ache se koshish karna (Dev winks)
Vidhi shyly tries not to avert her gaze. Internally she is saying to herself Vidhi tumhe ek step lena hi padega. When Dev starts leaning towards her, she also leans forward and their foreheads touch.
D: ek baat kahin, bura toh nahi lagega?
V: kahiye na, aapki koi baat mujhe bura nahi legaga.
D: mujhe aise lagta hai ki jabse maine tumko apni dil ki baat batayi, par kahan ki humare beech kuch nahi ho sakta, tumne us baat ko seriously le liya hai. You literally stopped your train there and haven’t realized now we are married.
Dev continues
D: Tum mujhse khule aam mere office room mein aake flirt karti thi. Kahan chali gayi woh Vidhi? Mujhe acha laga ki Tum mere parivar ko apna maan kar, unke pareshani mein pareshani ho. Lekin yeh bhi yaad rakhne ki, humare Shaadi ko hue 10 din bhi nahi hue. Mujhe Tum mere se door bhaga rahi ho waise lagne laga hai. Ho sakta hai main galat hoon aur Tum sirf nervous ho about getting physical, lekin mujhse baat karo Vidhi.
Vidhi by now has tears flowing down her cheeks. She starts thinking have I been ignoring Dev sir since our marriage? Dev sir nahi Dev. I am not ignoring him, but may be I am making him feel less important in my life.
Dev sees the tears and wipes with his fingers and pulls her close to him.
D: I am sorry Vidhi. I didn’t mean to hurt you.
V: aapne mujhe hurt nahi Kiya. Acha hua ki aaj apne yeh baat chedi mujhse. Kyunki, main is ghar mein sab ko importance de rahi hoon, aapse zyada. Main is ghar mein hoon aapki wajah se.
D: Mera matlab yeh nahi tha Vidhi.
V: main jaanti hoon, par aap jab Dubai gaye the, us samay ghar ka situation bhi Maine aapse chupaya, yeh sochke ki main handle kar sakti Hoon.
D: mujhe pata tha kuch hua tha aur Tum mujhse chuparahi thi.
Vidhi goes on to narrate everything that happened with Priya and Mausi including the party where she wasn’t even introduced and what happened with her parents.
Dev gets very angry on Priya and Mausi.
D: this is not acceptable. Maa jaanti hai?
V: maa, mere parents ke saath jo hua itna hi pata hai unko, baaki kuch Maine share nahi Kiya, unka tabiyat bhi toh theek nahi thi.
Dev doesn’t say anything, knowing Vidhi will ask him to promise not to say anything to them. He just holds her tightly.
D: ab jab tumne mere saath saari baatein share kiya hai tumhe kaise lag Raha hai?
V: main bahut relieved feel kar rahi hoon.
D: good.
V: ek baat kahoon?
D: kaho
V: aap office wahi purane suits pehen ke jaate hai, bore nahi lagta hai aapko?
D: acha, toh suit mein main boring lagta hu Tumhe?
V: boring nahi, par you look so handsome in regular wear. Main jaanti hoon aap company ke CEO hai, par rule bhi aap hi set karte hai toh rule change bhi aap hi kar sakte ho
D: Socha Hoon. Ab main kuch maang sakta hoon?
V: ji
D: mana nahi karogi?
V: aapko mana kyun karungi?
D: ek kiss kar sakta hoon?
Vidhi shyly looks down and nods her head.
Dev slowly lifts her head and without wasting anytime seals her lips with his leaving Vidhi completely shocked, but slowly she relaxes as well and runs her fingers through his hair.
A lot of empty gaps in the episode which was bothering me, so I addressed the for my satisfaction. Hope you guys like it.
