Dev's feelings for Vidhi

After seeing Vidhi's antics and Sangeetha's disastrous advice I was a little worried about how things will shape out and was dreading a heartbreak/insult of Vidhi. But the Last 3-4 episodes have been so beautiful and a fun ride as well. I was worried Dev probably doesn't think much of her beyond an employee but these episodes are slowly showing Dev's feelings even though very subtly (Thank God for that😆) These episodes are showing how Vidhi is slowly making her place in his life-

1) Him asking her to come with him to Baal Ghar- It was so sudden and I was surprised he asked her to accompany him. He could have just gone there himself without telling anything to her but it was like he wanted her to be with him. Moreover, his plan could have been easily executed with himself and Rocky😆 Vidhi wasn't needed in the plan.Or he could have asked someone else to come who could be of more help but he just kept it to Vidhi. Like Balghar is their own little secret he doesn't want anyone else to know. They were like two partners in crime on a mission w😆

2) The hug - I can't get over how cute their first hug was😆 and funny too 😆 he had asked her to hug Rocky but she hugged him instead 🤣 but neither Vidhi hesitated nor did Dev look uncomfortable. It seemed like it was the most usual thing for them. Dev was like 'how silly of her'🤪 and asked her to hug Rocky 😆 He usually looks shocked or very uncomfortable when Amba is even remotely near him🤪

3) The car ride- It was just so beautiful and soothing and I was surprised how comfortable and content Dev feels in her company. The way he smiled when she rested her head on his shoulder again as if its the most normal thing for her to do. They legit gave vibes of a couple who were married for years and just enjoying their lone time together 😆❤️

I don't think I have seen Dev this carefree and happy with anyone else. I guess Vidhi herself not having any filter helps😆 The way she just without hesitation taunts him and he gives the change while smiling goofily as if saying "dekhaa?"😆 They didn't look like a boss employee in any sense here.

4)Today's meeting- I don't know if its just me who felt this way but Dev was constantly looking towards Vidhi from time to time as if asking her "Am I going on the right track" or "thik bol raha hun na?" Or like asking her how she feels about it. Even the idea of asking all the employees about love, he shared it with Vidhi first. He could have just announced it then and there or asked someone else to do it but no pehle Vidhi ko batana hai😆 (Though I still don't get why were employees asked to write about love and how on Earth is it related to him buying a radio station?🤣 someone please explain😆)

5)The hand hold - Even Vidhi was taken by surprise the way he held her hand and made her cut the cake❤️ I don't think he behaves this way with any other employee or anyone else for that matter. As if she is his apna and he can hold her hand.He himself doesn't seem to how comfortable he has become around her.

I really like their baal ghar connection and it being his nanihal. Its as if his mother has sent Vidhi as a blessing to him❤️

I have just included scenes in the last 4 episodes which kind of showed Dev's feelings. Koi aur scene yaad aaya to batao😆

Can anyone elaborate a bit about Amba and Dev. I haven't watched much of their scene. Used to skip most of their scenes so don't know their dynamic. Did Dev love her before or promise to marry her? But then today he casually told he has never been in love🤔 Why is he so vague with her? Why can't he say no directly? Were they together in college or something?

And I was wondering why didn't Dev get married all these years. His family doesn't seem averse to the idea and infact encourage him to get married but he seems hesitant. Neither does he seem to be sad over it. It feels like bhai behen ka sirf bahana tha, he just didn't like anyone enough to spend his life with them. But off late seems to be wanting Vidhi with hime everywhere 😆

Really sorry for the long rant😆 but was so happy with the episodes. I just hope they maintain a good storyline till the end

He doesn't think of Vidhi as someone he can ever fall in love (on his concious level) with thatswhy he is not maintaining his usual defenses with her.

I like his expression whenever Vidhi's head falling from his shoulders. That ooooooooo .so cute.its look like at that time he can move earth just to make her sleep on his shoulder. Secondly the way he just grab her hand and the suddenly cake feeding to her.ufffffff.forget amba my eyes were going to pop out.thats not fair with us.ufffffff.whenever amba and chachi comes I just pass on the scenes.he was so casual with I am not surprised one day he will say acha chalo vidhi shadi kr lete hain.sasurji ko mana hi lenge🤣🤣🤣and she was like ok sir I trust u.🤪🤪

That's the point .even vidhi never thought she will fall for such elderly guy.and love happens where it is least expected. That's y they are getting habitual to each other

In that cake scene Amba's expression was hilarious 🤣 she looked more shocked than Vidhi🤪And Dev just seemed cool about it😎 as you said ek din sach mein bol dega casually ki chalo shadi kar lete hain🤪I had to watch the scene again to see Dev and Vidhi's expressions😆

I am imagining Vidhi's father saying Dev would look like her uncle and Dev would be like haan Vidhi bhi mujhe kabhi kabhi Uncle ji bulati hai🤣

bingo.. thats my thought too.

Dev thinks of her as someone who needs protection (as being Masoom) from this clever world.. so he just wants to keep her safe under his wings. and as of now he hasnt shown anything other than appreciation for her honesty, amusement towards her innocence, and lilttle shock that she could stir up the toofan which he tried to keep away all this while.... other than that Dev is just flowing unknowingly with Vidhi's warmth.

Dev and Vidhi both are in least expected setting where both of them couldnt have imagined in wildest dream that they could fall for other one. Hence both are so casual and open about their emotions, as there is no question of them falling for other

oh i love this post and surely bookmark it when i want to revisit these beautiful moments.

my fav was..1. Dev asking Vidhi Baal ghar chalogi mere saath... it was such all of a sudden that taken me aback.. like he considered her one his people and now letting her get inside his shell even more... as we saw Dev cocooned himself in baal ghar when in bad mood but him taking her with him was such big sign he wants to be with her even there too.

2. Car Ride

Dev all enticed seeing her landing her head on his shoulder and then so worried the moment her head abt to slip down... bechare ki to jaan hi nikal gayi thi.... i felt that car was their own tiny abode and he was so mesmerized by her n her proximity. this will remain my forever #1 ViDev moment....

and cake cutting me to Amba was the show stealer.. her eyes.. oh gosh she could burn anyone in her sight

Dev n Amba i doubt it was ever mutual... it looked like one sided obsession from Amba. She wanted to have Dev in her life more than his love.... and Dev dropped everything in life and went to take over his dad's business and if the timeline explained by Satyawati is right Dev was 15 yo when he went to office and it was 30 years back. So he spent all his teenage, youth just to take care of business and family without worrying about his own life or family.

But i still need more from Dev to know what caused Amba to be this mad for him if he never promised anything to her.

now i want to watch that coffee date as soon as possible to know how much Dev has got in touch with his feelings for Vidhi.
