Does it have some kind of touch therapy or it is just by sensing without touch ?

it is both touch therapy and distant healing .And healing of not only disease,but of situations..also...Actually I am writing a book on it...but the constraint is time factor..I have to have lots of concentration while doing this and so can do it only during the early morning hours..from 3 am to 4.30 am bec by 4.30 am my kitchen work will start..and kid and hubby wake up...And there are so many things which I have to do in that time slot that this is getting postponed and sidetracked..😭
