xobile - I cannot analyze as well as you do. But I do agree with you. This being the debut of Shreya, it's really impressive. I think it is more impressive than the debut of most other singers. And if you compare this with today's zubi dubi zubi dubi, there is a vast difference. Besides the maturity in her voice, there is so much more maturity in her singing now. Bairi piya has a scent of innocence. It is evident that she has experienced life so much more since then, and that is reflected in her zubi dubi. I would give her 9 for her Bairi piya given that this is her debut and for a wonderful composition by Ismail Darbar.

The 3 is a joke 5 being average. Nyways i am not here to comment on other people's ratings. I felt it was a difficult song to sing and she sang it effortlessly. For me its 10 all the way. Whats more commendable is that she got a national award for this song which was from her debut album. Amazing!! I dont have profound knowledge of music but Shreya's singing touched my heart. Hope she wins.

I also wanted to remind everyone something that everyone probably already knew

We are here giving 7s, and 8s, which might not look like really great scores. But ANY of these 7s or 8s, performed in some of those reality TV shows, would be the best ever performance on a reality TV show. So though I gave Shreya an 8 here, I have never heard any reality TV show performance as good as she sang here, even though she got just an 8. So the point is, there high standards, because this is best vs. best.

I just wanted to remind ourselves that all these female singers are beyond any other females in the country and are graded on a higher scale. None of these reality TV female singers can compare.

Agree on most accounts: These scores are given on a MUCH tougher scale than that used in TV competitions. As risingabove (the maker of this game) has said, we are comparing amazing with amazing. All these renditions deserve a ten on ten in any TV show.

Only disagree with you on the bold part. What about Anwesha? She's amazing!

Using this scale I'd probably give that a 6. I mean, that's still a really good score, saying that was above average than most bollywood playback singers. There were some parts where she wasn't that good, and I'm sure they could've improved upon that in the recording studios making her sound better, but her voice quality was really good in most of the song. And she finished very strong.



She definitely is a future playback singer in the making.

^^ I would give Anwesha 8 or 9 for that (in this competition) for the fact that it is completely live and for the amaazing taans.

Yeah well I gave it a 6 not adjusting for it being live. So that's a really good score!

An 8 for me...not the best song she's sung so...yeah!
