Other than Jagjit Singh and Pankaj Udhas I have never heard the other's ghazals so I wouldn't be able to say who's "the best".
Jagjit Singh is pretty good. 😉

I can't vote for the best as I haven't heard many ghazal singers, but based on those I've heard, my vote goes to Jagjit Singh! 😳
