Dear all,
I had heard of this Hindi Bollywood songs compilation cassette sometime in 1994 or 1995 or 1996. I don't know the exact name of the compilation, and I desire to know it. I only remember the following information about it: that it was a collection of Bollywood songs of around 70's-80's "resung" by a male singer in a charming, ringing voice, in slow tune, and it had several songs, including, but not limited to: "Noorie Noorie", "Kitna Pyaara Vaada Hai" (film Caravan), "Kasme Vaade Nibhaenge Hum", "Deewana Leke Aaya Hai". Please reply if anyone remember it. I only remember listening to it in a family trip to Himachal Pradesh when I was a boy because our taxi driver had played this cassette, but I forgot to ask him the title.
Note: It is NOT Bally Sagoo's Noorie remix.
Regards,
Sam, from Canada.
