This show is awesome, its completely different from the other routine soaps and this show is 100000000000000% better than other colors soaps like Uttaran. I know there are more fans for Uttaran for me i did not like that soap. no progress

I am glad more people love the show for its entirety.. I also think Sid's and his wife's story could be brought out in a very nice way.. but looks like it may get into melodrama.. nahiii

I cant comment on other shows on color.. confess this is the first ever show I have caught of this channel ever since colors came into existence.. In general m ignorant of tv shows.. lol

IMV is the spice of the show.. without him the show wont see the light of the day.. but yes.. each character is nicely developed.. even minor ones like manhar.. etc.. I am beginning to like the maturity in Viabhav.. he can complement Devki's impulsiveness well me thinks.. Devki is all about good intent but inappropriate content.. LOL.. jk I like tht girl for the goof ups she makes in spite of being hailed as the perfect bahu etc.. she has a lot to learn.. of business.. of equation etc.. and she will from these people.. it shouldn't be one sided rite..

My main reason for watching this show is , its not ur typical show, no sacrifizing , no rona dhona, no crebbing of wat will happen now ,

Every ckt reacts and acts in the way its SUPPOSE to be , not a random MAHANTHA , no impressing anyone or suffering one self to keep others happy

I bet D will walk out of this wedding , once she is sure BB can handle it ...

I honestly like it , thank god no romance and all , i have seen how rich ppl behave , i had my friends suffocating due to this , my heart goes for SID and his wife ,

yup everyone has their own trajectory the are following... take nirali for e.g she is a spoilt brat altho she wldnt think so.. I mean her interests into most things become superficial after a point.. LOL the derby dress made me ROFL.. but you can't object to that.. that how she is.. and very real... loads of ppl are tht way..

I dont thin D will walk out of the marraige on her own accord.. esp how she has gotten attached to to the family whether its charulata.. or ba or others.. but if she felt she was suffocating vaibhav she may move away..

personally I would have liked a lil more development in Sid's story.. I havent seen todays epi yet.. tho I hear its on him mostly. interesting

Nice post. But i like this show not 4 romantic tale or other characters, i like this 4 it's unique storyline which is abt a career optimistic girl who dreams 2 success in business. Now-a-days all shows r abt love story or family drama but this show is different where the female lead is shown as a career oriented. i love this pov.

I caught this show.. when I was back home.. in India.. and recently caught up after 4 odd months.. when I found some time in the weekend.. Must say I am mighty pleased with the way it's shaping up till now.. due to eclectic reasons.. Obviously curiosity got better of me.. and I ventured into the forum only to find that most people don't really enjoy the show for whatever reasons.. either they have a problem with some character.. or circumstance etc..

A lot of people are judgmental based on romantic inclination.. but Like I said I am liking it not due to any specific reason but for the overall representation.. Each character gives you immense reasons to be judgmental.. but objectivity entails in looking at it from their perspective.. and I end up getting intrigued by the dimensions to each and every character.. and the little story weaved around interpersonal relationships.. So, I was wondering if there is anyone who likes the show for such reasons.. and doesn't love or hate (read intense reactions) a specific aspect of the show, just like me but hasn't posted here for similar reasons.. and If there is even a single person who could relate to this post.. I would love to interact on this show.. somewhere else not disturbing the scheme of things in this forum..

Like I said moment of madness or method to it..

P.S. My disclaimer.. or summary if you will.. I don't like the show coz I think it's superlative.. no it isn't but it definitely is an interesting tale.. clearly coming from a literary work..

I loved ur post and I am here to tell u that I too love this show...there is no one particular reason why I like it so much...as u say it is definitely not an outstanding show...but it doers have something that makes it interesting and different from the normal run-of-the-mill shows...some of the reasons i can think of are...

1. It is based on a literary concept which is different from the normal stories

2. The entire cast acts beautifully...

3. the sets are stupendous...totally befitting the mansion of an extremely rich and successful business tycoon.

4. the dialogues are superb

5. the interaction confrontations between Baa and IMV are always interesting to watch.Sio also the confrontations between FIL and DIL are beautifully portrayed.

6. the interaction between Devki and Vaibhav are also very well shown...

...I can go on and on...but what I want to say is that in spite of being a good show there is hardly any interaction on the forum which is really very disappointing...I agree with you that we should interact more frequently...if not on the forum then by PM..i am always willing to read anything interesting that you may have to say and give my opinion on it too...

It was very thoughtful of u to make this post...loved it and loved interacting with u all...

I used towatch this serial on n off simply because I liked the way it was different from the usual saas-bahu saga... but slowly fell in love with Vaibhav -Sabina pair... which hooked me on totally...but that was cut short ...
this got me upset ... as I did not understand the purpose of getting Sabina's character in, to be only thrown out ...with no further reference to her in the serial... I stopped watching this serial...

today was just browsing thru this forum after a long time and read ur anaysis regards the purpose of sabina's character in this serial... and loved it ... finally I too hope she fits into the scheme of things... but I wudnt want the same old triangle sob story...let her not be a reason to break up the marriage... but a different parallel story which somewhere connects to the main story..wud be great

I have recently started watching this show, watched 3 months episodes in 3 days, and go through old posts on the forum 😛 during the day. Btw, my vacations are going on , so I am really free 😃

I love the show right from it's name.

The name is so thoughtful. A badhan, that would give mukti. Mukti bandhan.

Then come the characters. IMV's character is absolutely fantastic, you never know what is he actually upto, what he sees in things that we can't. LIke i really don't get , does he want Devki to come out of this mess, or what. So each episode keeps me hooked.

The 2nd most powerful character is Devki. Yes, she is the righteous IMV. Ofcourse sometimes I feel her actions are OTT. But I don't mind, provided it's fiction 😊...

One more thing is, i Love tha way the characters are inter related.

Right from Devki being Nirali's friend, to Charu knowing her, she meeting IMV at the auction, to Manhar moving into BB's house, to Viraj turning out to be his neighour, etc, etc. This is what I love. Everyone has a role to play in the entire story.

Vaibhav's role is yet to be explored. I want to know what's actually going on in his mind. What was his real motive behind being the secret financer, etc? 😊

Apart from the characters, I absolutely LOVE the background score 😃 OMG..it's just amazing ...and did I mention the sets..Yea I love them too,, 😃 Guess I'll stop blabbering now...I just felt like commenting 😊

well agree with youi thought i should share thinking too.i think most of the ppl watch the shows because they love the game of match making connecting this guy to that and visa versa they watch the show if the couple is good looking and doesn't matter if the story really have some scoop or not or even its on track or not.well i like the show because of the complete package and doesn't give credit to only one of them.

I too love this show dor its entirety .

Not attached to ANY character . I find IMV fascinating . I can actually see his POV although I wud NEVER support his villainy .

The best thing about this show is ...ALL have a POV . All characters r grey .

you have no reason to worry about blabbering.. esp to me.. must say your post was one of the most thoughtful one.. I concur I was really intrigued by the name.. Most often we speak of how relations tie you down.. the bonded feeling.. but isn't it beautiful albeit idealistic to find some bonds that can set you free.. I first tht.. Devki will set IMV free.. but as I keep watching it.. I feel like a lot of relations are doing it to each other.. in some way acting as some sort of redemption..

yes the plot was very well woven.. Devki was connected to ALL of them.. acquainted to IMV/Sid.. touched Charu.. Nirali's friend she never had.. even Baa/Bauji found her thro her unintended duel with IM.. the ONLY person maybe in the family she was never shown to interact with before was Vaibhav.. till their match was arranged.. two complete strangers.. who had only hrd about each other.. made it even more interesting.. and how they are gradually finding a comfort zone.. You know one of the best things I like abt IMV/Charu or VD is how real it is.. Every spousal relationship isn't based on love.. Love is hyped.. Marraige is about companionship that can encompass a lot of sentiments.. it's nice to have love.. but if not it still can work out.. and how many shows even dwell in it.. although its so real.. look around you.. how many couples are madly in love with each other.. but they make their marriage work so well.. well there i go ranting.. told ya.. lol

Vaibhav is intriguing me a lot.. Although I don't think he has any hidden motives.. his psyche is just too attractive for me.. just coz I relate to it personally..

I am glad you have free time.. would love to interact with you on different aspects..
