Benefit cost ratio - is the comparison of earning and cost involved in a project... and similarly profitability index is the ration of profit earned from the investment made...so technically same...but capital budgeting mein toh we do Net present value of project....P.V of Cash inflows less the Present cash outflows😊

thanks Smilemujhe itnii der se confusion tha, ab dono ke formulae bhi dekh liye hain they r sameSmile
yes cb mein net present value find karte hain but this also is a part capital budgeting , meri book mein toh daala hain , this chapter is really tough , 😡leverage analysis and time value were easy
