Riya,
Black night is a slang for darkness and despair (its an idiom in hindi, kaali raat)...
Being a married woman, the implication for Gauri is that she has to be with her husband every night, for ahem...ahem...and that is why Gauri says that her life is ruined because now she will have to spend all her nights with her husband!
Hence when Asavari tells Gauri to get ready for her Suhaag-raat, Gauri answers that all her nights have become Kaali Raat for her.

they meant to convey that hence forth every night of her life is black and bleak with no hope... More appropriate would have been something that it doesnot make any difference whether it is night or day ..my life has no colours left except the darkness of a pitch black night.

a loaded dialogue... hmmm..but she made it clear she will be a daughter of the Bhonsle's instead of Mrs. Gaikwad. Hence the kaali raat could have been a generalist reference.. Or else the dialogue writer is absolutely clueless about maintaining continuity.😡
