The built up towards the upcoming dhamaka continues... As we waited for the trigger to be pulled and the bullet to hit it's designated mark...in between glimpses of the pooja preparation was well crafted.. The ensuing decoration of the Bhosle Vadi a perfect foil to the heightened suspense that kept playing hide and seek with the audience...

Nicely written Koel, the last couple of episodes have been slow for me, and b because I watched nearly two weeks worth of episodes in one go.

Yeah Pratiksha is smiling slightly by the end of the episode and I felt sorry for her, she will blame herself again and really will think she is cursed.

Loved the attention to detail with the Mahapooja setting from the lighting of the Diyas, marigold garlands, the typical Maharashtrian styled turbans, to the puja samagrhi. A muted sombre mood reflected in the Bhonsle household as under the guidance of Aaji Saheb the women folk welcomed a shaky Prateeksha's valiant effort in preparing a colurful Rangoli . Her feeble attempt at Aarti got the strong and encouraging support of Sumitra's hands. Everyone had a smile for Gauri's Tai except Gayatri who was impatiently awaiting the news that her plan hatched with Ranjeet(her brother) had met with success.

The episode started with Prateeksha's unsure feeling in her ability to take part in the puja celebrations .Towards the end it changed to a happy look as she finished readying the plate which would be used for obeisance to the Goddess to invoke her blessings..

Gauri too like her mother was happy in being at close proximity to the Goddess...Her exuberance reflected as she proudly kept mentioned her experience to all the accompanying male members of the Bhonsle family.

In the middle of the celebrations Gauri catches a glimpse of Garv with a gun as the unknown marksman still continued with his effort of getting a clean shot at Gauri in the background.

As Garv followed Appa Sahib's entourage to put his nefarious plan in action.. Appa too seemed restless as he frequently kept observing his watch... Was it just an innocent look to oversee the completion of the Mahapuja within the auspicious time or a peek into the hidden sinister design of the aging politician? The intrigue on the matter is cleverly continued as the women awaiting the Prasad from the temple hear a gunshot... The frame freezes at the caught with shock expression of everyone's faces...

The unknown assailant has done his job... The arrow has in all probability hit the target called Gauri... But she is not the lone prize that was aimed for a hit, the seclusion of Prateeksha, preservance of the actual mystery surrounding Rajendra,Prateeksha and Gauri and the toppling of Appa Sahib from the seat of power too were the covert target.

Yes the direct target was Gauri but the actual damage will happen to Prateeksha and Appa Sahib. Pratiksh will once again feel guilty that she is cursed and because of her , Gauri was shot at .

I am liking the story movement right now, I am very eager to know the mystery and I hope its revelation is good.
