Here too the guy looks in love with the FL, that's why he is marrying her. It's his mentality that's the issue. He wants her to be trapped in family responsibilities and forget her dreams.

Anyway, I am only giving my vibes from the promo. If we compare just the promos of the two shows, I feel the basic concept is the same. The story obviously might develop differently later on. I'd be interested in seeing how it goes.

Promos dekh ke hi bol rahi, that it looks like the ML has a master plan here and married her with wrong intentions to stop her from succeeding

That wasnt the story of saakk at all😭

Oh well, I only watched one promo and my impression was that the ML is just a chauvinist pig who wants a housewife and not a career woman. If he has a master plan and is marrying her to destroy her career, there must be some backstory to it that'll get revealed. Let's see.

If he just wanted a housewife, he could marry anyone na.

I am wondering why he particularly chose her to ruin her career. There must be some rivalry behind it. And also the promos say that hes not even sincere with his mother, so how can he be good with anyone else.

The title also hints that theres some ploy behind it.

Yes, he seems like a mastermind.

He might use her talents, but put it forward in his name.

So she does not get credit for anything she has achieved so far.

Quite different than SAAKK

I was thinking like that too

Shaurya was just a chauvinist but this guy looks much more clever

He will select her because he likes her story ideas and way of thinking and then cleverly trap her so that all her shows go under his banner and she gets no piece of it. Properly strategised to make her fail. Something like they showed in Kapoor and Sons where the older one publishes what the younger one wrote and it was actually orchestrated and not accidental. Exciting..

This one cares for noone except his own success so will sweet talk her, she wont even realise she is being trapped. Shaurya was kind of genuine when it came to affections and his mindset may be regressive but he did not exactly manipulate love.

Yeah it seems quite obvious from the promo itself that he marries her for his own success

He will keep her busy in house duties and kids while he takes her ideas to make money and fame himself
