see while posting a topic......theer is a toolbaar above .....

over there juss besides a smiley theer is a icon ...move ur mouse there , the tag will b insert omage ./....click on tht ...a small window will open ...paste ur URL there and do ok ......ur pic will b posted

sumtimes it can b done by siple copy paste also .......but sumtimes ...usse kaam nahi chalta ....and u hav to go by the above rules ......it looks complicated but its very easy ...........and if u want to paste it in ur post ..........click on teh arrow besides the text font icon .........and rest of the steps r same as above
