omg great post! n omg totally weird thing my friend told me abt today n you've mentioned it in your post...but she said that due to Scottish rules or sumthing....u have to say yes to the proposal otherwise you get fined 😆

Actually they save money by not having party 3 years and then they can have one grand party in leap year.😆😆

well... Its really lucky that this year is a leap year... I get one more day to prepare for my boards 😳
Dunno wat'd have happened to me if it werent for Feb 29, 2008
I was at home studying all day 😛 😆 😆
