Well, this is exactly what happened on the sets of Saurabh Tewari's upcoming Sony Entertainment Television show, Do Deewane Ek Shehar Mein which has handsome hunk Mohit Sehgal and Roshni Sahuta in lead roles.
The entire unit landed in a village in Bandra to shoot the wedding sequence of the lead, played by Mohit Sehgal. The cast and crew packed up after a day's shoot and called it a day. When they got up the next morning, literally everyone present on the set had a severe eye problem.
Tellychakkar.com spoke to a source associated with the show, who said, "Yes, it is true that nearly 25 people on the set woke up with an eye infection. It was not conjunctivitis, but it had similar symptoms and everyone on the set had watery eyes. Every person on the set starting from the director to the EP to the Creative Head suffered from this weird eye problem. Even the lead, Mohit complained of irritation in the eyes. Though the exact reason for this is not known, it was indeed a strange happening."
We hear that the shoot was stalled for a day, after the unit members suffered from this spooky eye infection.
We tried calling Mohit, but he remained unavailable.
Our efforts to reach Producer Saurabh Tewari were in vain.
Do Deewane Ek Shehar Mein has Savita Prabhune, Shishir Sharma, Ashlesha Sawant playing pivotal roles (as reported by Tellychakkar.com).
