Next day,the baby was brought home and except Panchi everyone welcomed the new member in the family.Paakhi saw the baby and said to Panchi,"Panchi ye dekh kitne small bhai hai hamaara."Panchi was hugging her mother and then pushed away the baby's hand and said,"Nehi mujhe nehi dekhna hai kyuki iske vajah se kal mom ko kitna pain ho raha tha.Mujhe bhai nehi chahiye."Gunjan said,"Beta aisa nehi karte hai na vo chota hai na usko lag jaayegi."Panchi said,"Nehi aap sirf meri aur meri di ke mom ho iski nehi.Isko lekar jaao yaha se."Mayank said,"Arey Panchi ye to tumhaara bhai hai,tumhe didi bulaayega phir jaise Adi bhaiya aur Paakhi di tumhe protect karte hai school mein thik vaise hi tum isko protect karna."Panchi made a face and said,"Nehi mujhe pata hai ke abhi mom sirf isiko pyar karegi mujhe nehi karegi."Paakhi said,"Arey ye to abhi chota hai na isiliye.When we were small,moms used to take care of us just like that,jab vo bara ho jaayega to itna dhyaan nehi rakkhega koi."Samrat said,"Don't worry Panchi main hu na,mujhe koi khaas pasand nehi hai ye.Mom ko sambhaalne do ye naya baby hum dono milkar roz party karenge,masti karenge,shopping karenge,bahaar khaana khaayenge...""Phir pet kharaab hone ke baad dono chillaayenge...",Nupur continued.He angrily said,"Tu meri dost nehi tu meri dushman hai.Bichaara Mayank phas gaya hai tujhse shaadi karke."Nupur and Mayank looked at each other and were very uncomfortable.Samrat said to Ratna,"Vaise Bui maine na aapke aur bauji ke liye India jaane ka saara intezaam kar diya hai.Parso aapki flight hai to aap dono jaldi se packing kar dijiye."Shashi asked,"Parso??Par beta itni jaldi karne ki kya zarurat thi?"Samrat replied,"Arey vo parso ke baad do mahine tak tickets nehi hai aur phir Buiji ne to mannat maangi hai ke jab hamaarre bachche ka muh vo dekh lengi to vo teerath par jaayengi ab mannat maangi hai to usey jaldi jaldi pura kar lena chahiye na varna,baankebihari to naraaz ho jaayenge."On hearing the name of God,Ratna agreed and then said,"Ha sach hai baankebihari se kiya hua waada nehi todungi main.Main jaakar abhi apna saara saamaan baandh leti hu."Saying she left from there.Samrat was smiling when Ratna was leaving from there and this was not unnoticed by Paakhi and Panchi and Paakhi asked,"Dad mujhe aisa kyu lag raha hai ke aapne kuch aisa kiya hai jo aapko nehi karna chahiye tha?"Samrat asked,"What do you mean?"Panchi said,"Dad you always say na that you know us better than our moms just like that we too know you better than our moms.So tell us what have you done?"Samrat replied,"Ok but first you have to promise me ke moms ko is baare mein kuch bhi pata nehi chalega."Both Panchi and Paakhi promised and then Samrat told them,"Actually maine tumhaare nanu aur nani ko India bhejne ka arrangement to kar diya hai par maine unke aane ka arrangement nehi kiya hai."Paakhi asked,"Par kyu?"He replied,"Arey jab dekho tab vo dono Mayank ki insult karte hai aur un dono ke vajah se na to tum apne papa ke saath time spend kar pa rahi ho aur naahi mom kar pa rahi hai.Aise mein tum sahi decision kaise logi bolo?"Paakhi agreed and Samrat replied,"That is the reason baby!!"Paakhi just smiled.

The 2 days were not easy for Paakhi as she had to fight with her brain and her heart.One was asking her to aacept Mayank and the other was rejecting that and Paakhi was immensely pressurized.During the morning on the day of Ratna and Shashi's departure,Paakhi went to Nupur and asked,"Mom aapne kaha tha na ke mera decision jo bhi hoga aap usme hamesha mere saath rahengi?Kya aap aaj bhi apne us promise ko nibhaayengi?"Nupur replied,"Of course!!Par pehle ye batao ke ho kya gaya hai tumhe do din se dekh rahi hu na to thik se khaana kha rahi ho aur naahi kuch aur.Baat kya hai?"Paakhi said,"Aap vo sab choro pehle ye batao ke aap sabse zyaada pyar kisse karti hai?"Nupur asked,"Ye kaisa sawaal hua?Tumse aur tumhaare papa se of course...Kya hua kya hai ye to bolo?"Paakhi held Nupur's hand and took her to Mayank's room where he was getting ready to go to office.Paakhi held Mayank's hand and asked,"Aap batao aap sabse zyaada pyar kisse karte ho?"Mayank was boggled at his question and asked,"What happened?"He looked at Nupur and she too nodded her head and then Paakhi impatiently asked,"Bolo na?"He replied,"Tumse aur tumhaari mom se."She asked,"Nehi hum dono mein sabse zyaada pyar aap kisse karte ho?"Mayank kneeled down in front of her and asked,"Ho kya gaya hai tumhe?Aise ajeeb sawaal kyu puch rahi ho?"She asked,"Aap bolo na?"Mayank replied,"Tumse karta hu."She asked,"Sach mein...no confusion?"He replied,"No confusion!!"Paakhi looked at Nupur and asked,"Aur aap?"Nupur replied,"You are my life baby aur moms sirf apne babies se hi sabse zyaada pyar karti hai."Paakhi held her parents' hand and then put them on her head and said,"Aap dono hi sabse zyaada pyar mujhse karte ho na to phir aap dono ko mujhe touch karke ye batana hoga ke mom aap jo aajtak Mayank Sharma ke baare mein bolti aayi hai ke unke accident ke baad vo bachche jaise ban gaye the aur uske baad jab vo thik ho gaye to vo aapko bhul gaye I mean,aapki memory unke life se mit gayi vo sach hai aur Mayank Sharma na sach mein aapko apne ghar se nehi nikaala tha."Mayank and Nupur both looked at each other and Nupur said,"Maine aajtak kabhi tumse jhut nehi bola hai Paakhi.In fact jab nani tumse jhut bolti thi tab bhi maine tumhe kuch nehi bataya just because tab mujhe ye pata tha ke tumhaare papa hamaari zindagi mein kabhi waapas nehi aayenge aur naahi hum unke zindagi mein kabhi waapas jaayenge.Tum bohot ziddi ho gayi thi apne papa se milne ke liye isiliye tumhe rokne ke liye maine tumhe kabhi kuch nehi bataya."Mayank said,"Mujhe Nupur ke baare mein kuch bhi nehi pata tha bas uski ek dhundhli se tasveer thi mere dimaag mein aur jabse maine Nupur ko dekha I got attracted to her and pulled towards her aur phir jab mujhe sach pata chala to maine daadi se baat ki aur unhone bhi mujhe bataya hai ke tumhaari mom meri wife hai jiska matlab hai ke tum meri beti ho."Paakhi left their hands and ran away from there and Mayank and Nupur walked out behind her.

Paakhi pulled out Ratna from her room and then asked her to stand in the hall.She then brought the God's idol from the prayer room and then gave it to Ratna.Ratna asked,"Arey tu mere baankebihari ko mandir se kyu utha laayi?"Paakhi said,"Kyuki aap is duniya mein sabse zyaada pyar apne Lord Krishna ki is idol se karti ho and so I believe that you won't lie while holding it in your hands."Paakhi called Gunjan and Samrat and everyone in the hall.She said to Ratna,"Meri mom aur Mayank Sharma se jab maine pucha tha ke vo dono sabse zyaada pyar kisse karte hai unhone kaha ke vo mujhse sabse zyaada pyar karte hai isiliye jab maine unhe apne naam ki promise karwaayi to unhone mujhse yehi kaha hai ke Mayank Sharma ka kabhi koi fault nehi tha unki to memory chali gayi thi which even I doubted whenever he used to meet my mom earlier ke kuch to hai varna aisi acting koi nehi kar sakta hai.So ya to vo dono jhut bo rahe hai ya phir aajtak aapne mujhse jhut bola hai isiliye abhi aapki baari hai,aap bhi apne Krishna ko haath par pakre huye hai to batao kaun sach bol raha hai aap ya vo dono.Aap hi kehti hai na jhuti kasam khaane se jiski kasam khaayi hai vo mar jaate hai.Meri mom mujhe kabhi maarna nehi chahegi to abhi aap bolo.I want to know the truth."Ratna's hand was trembling with the idol and said,"Arey main kyu jhut bolungi?Main koi tum logo ki dushman hu kya?Main to hamesha hi tum sabka bhala chahti thi.Koi asaan baat nehi hoti hai bina pati ke ma banna hamaare samaj mein kitna mushkil hota hai aur teri ma tujhe lekar aayi thi.""Was Mayank Sharma at fault or not?"Paakhi asked with an authority in her voice.Ratna couldn't answer and Paakhi took the idol from her hand and then put that into the prayer house again and then came to them.She had tears of anger in her eyes and said,"Kaash maine aap par ye trick bohot pehle istemaal ki hoti.Mom ne kaha tha ke main apni dil ki sunu and I have listened to my heart today and mom was right hamaara heart humse kabhi bhi jhut nehi bolta hai.You are a liar nani,aapke vajah se main I hated Mayank Sharma,I never respected him and my mom used to be in pain,all because of you.Nanu ne bhi aapka saath diya.Inhone aap dono ka kya bigaara tha jo aap dono ne ye sab kiya unke saath?Unki to koi galti bhi nehi thi unka to bas accident hua tha.Vo nehi the tab aap gussa thi,vo aaye hume lene tab bhi aapne hamesha unki insult ki hai and even you wanted my mom to get married again."Mayank was stunned to hear that they were planning of Nupur's remarriage.Paakhi said,"Aap dono bohot bure ho,bohot bure.Main aap logo se kabhi baat nehi karungi.Aap dono chale jaaiye yaha se."Saying Paakhi left from there crying.Mayank said to them,"Main manta hu ke meri family ke vajah se Nupur ko,aap sabko bohot bure din dekhne pare hai lekin yakeen maaniye agar mujhe ye sab pehle pata hota to main Nupur ke saath aisi naainsaafi kabhi nehi hone deta.Par unki galti ki sazaa mujhe mat dijiye,main yaha sach mein sirf apni biwi aur beti ke liye aaya hu."Nupur said,"Aap hi kehti thi na bui ke jo hota hai vo achche ke liye hota hai.Aaj Paakhi ko bhi sach jhut ke beech ka fark pata chal gaya hai,achcha hi hua hai ye bhi varna India mein aap to mera abortion hi karwa deti."Saying she too left from there.

After all this incident,Mayank was so devastated that he was sitting in his room alone.Paakhi came to his room and he was surprised on seeing her.He asked,"Kuch kehna tha?"Paakhi replied,"Ha vo...mujhe aapse ye kehna tha ke...mujhe sab pata chal chuka hai par phir bhi...pata nehi kyu main aapko apne dad ki jagah nehi de sakti hu,even if I try,I won't be."Mayank nodded his head and said,"I know and I don't accept anything better from you after all,apne family ke karmo ki sazaa mujhe to milni hi hai."Paakhi said,"Par...agar main aapko dad na bulaakar..."She swallowed the lump formed inside her throat and said,"Agar main aapko...pa...pa bulaau to chalega na...I hope that will be alright with you vo dad kehte hai ke papa ko naam se nehi bulaate hai."Mayank looked at her with a jerk and asked,"What...what did you say?"Paakhi replied,"Mere paas mere dad hai isliye main aapko dad nehi bula sakti hu par aapko papa bulaaungi to aapko koi problem to nehi hogi na?"He held her hands and then said,"Say that again!!"Paakhi said,"Papa!!"Mayank had tears in his eyes and said,"Once more!!"Paakhi said,"Papa!!"He had tears of happiness in his eyes and he hugged Paakhi and said,"Jabse tum dono ke baare mein mujhe pata chala tha tabse I was waiting for this day you call me papa'.Iam so happy today and in fact Iam the happiest person on the earth today.I love you much my baby."Paakhi too hugged him and said,"I love you too papa."Nupur saw them from the door step and she too was happy on her family's reunion and was shedding tears of happiness.Gunjan came there and saw the scene and said to Nupur,"Dekho aapki aadhi problem to solve ho gayi hai na?Baaki aadhi problem aapko solve karni hai.Ab to aapko apni life dubaara se Mayank ke saath shuru karne mein koi problem nehi hai na?Just live your life di without giving it a thought!"Nupur looked towards her family and gave a deep sigh.
