Modern Bahu, starring Sanaya Irani on Sony TV is now eagerly waiting to hit the TV screens. The show which is loosely based on hit flick Khoobusurat has got many known names from the Television industry.

Apart from SanayaIrani essaying the protagonists, actors like SupriyaPathak,SrmanJain, AnjaliMukhi, Rajiv Kumar,AshishKaul, ArvindVaidya have been locked to play pivotal roles in the show.

The latest name to join the star cast is of veteran actor AnangDesai, who had earlier essayed the role of Hansa's(SupriyaPathak) father in law in Hats Off Khichdi. However; interestingly, in Modern Bahu, Anang would be seen paired opposite toSupriya.

Hats Off loyalist Supriya and Anang were together seen in Life OK'sAlakshmi but for the first time they are paired opposite to each other.When contacted, Anang agreed, "I am looking for the role and interestingly me and Supriya are working together again."
