Mohit Sehgal is enjoying the rains

Amrita Mulchandani, TNN | Jul 12, 2011, 04.13pm IST

Better known as Samrat from Miley Jab Hum Tum, actor Mohit Sehgal is on a break these days after his successful show came to an end.He is looking for the right show to comeback and sizzle on the small screen.

With rains not ending, Mohit who is an avid go green revolution believer, is making the most out of the season and enjoying the rains. He has planted a lot of plants at his place. Monsoon is the best time to grow tress and as it lights up the entire atmosphere and one shouldn't miss this opportunity to make the city green.

Mohit says, "Every one must spend regularly on plants. Going Green is the best way to makeMumbai better. Trees should not be allowed to cut unnecessarily. Children should be made aware of how important the green revolution is. Initiative has to be taken by everyone. I have lots of plants in my house and I often gift plants to my friends." He adds, "What's more just watering your own plants itself is so soothing and relaxing that one can't imagine the impact it has when you experience its freshness in the morning. Plants absorb human stress."

Well Mohit we appreciate your love for environment!

Truly there is something about that splendid sight of lush green that rejuvenates us from abaddon to verdant vim. There is something in watching the rains fill cracks of parched earth, smooth the crevices of leaves and prevent the wilting of buds. More so, to let the rains drench us, removing the smog of city life that clogs our heads and pores.

Some may say, an idiot without an umbrella, and here tree hugger BUT in truth is it as a wiser person than I said,

"Once a student asked his master, is it the leaves upon the trees that move or is it the wind that moves? His master turned to him and replied 'It is neither...

...For it is your heart and mind that moves."

Mohit, you are blessed with a most precious heart, God protect it and bless it, and grant you much rain, and much green, strengthening your heartbeat against all heart ache. With much love, Sabah

Totally agree with Mohit ... Indeed people should plant more and more plants in their house and water them regularly as it does not take much time. In fact it provides freshness to everyone. People should know the importance of green revolution and they should stop cutting down trees.
