Red - the colour of love and passion........... fury and anger.......
This colour had a major significance in MN's life...........the most being the day Mayank came back from Bangalore............two lovers clad in red..........reunited with love overpowering their senses.........
Red was also the tinge in the bridal wear for Nupur and Mayank's sherwani that binded them for life..............
White - the colour of cleanliness, the colour of submission
Sajda tera sajda............yes thats what made this colour truly MN..........the sanctity of whole situation, the beauty of the scene where two people give themselves completely to other.......
Another was the MN bed scene when they found each other again after 3 yrs and like Sajda, this was serene and a treat to eyes.
Pink - ah the colour of love again.........
and this was the colour which reunited two egositic people.......who were just too stubborn headed to take the 1st step.....(lol, my triple D's, does it ring a
bell.........) . Mayank was leaving disheartened and a desperate Nupur ran after him to stop him.......and love won......
Purple - Colour of royalty, beauty.......
and thats how Nupur looked in the purple dress which she wore for dusshera....the day that was a turning point in MN's life............the say that left her, heartbroken.
Green - Colour of life
Mayank found his life back in form of Nupur dressed in green after 3 years when he saw her in the rain..........
Deadly Combos:
Blue - black - Colour which symbolises peace and stability
and so was the situation in post rain walk scene, with Mayank is black shirt and
Nupur in blue suit........there was nervousness, the first flutter of love........and amongst this was the feeling of having found the love...........for Nupur her Raj......
Red-White - Passion and peace
The 1st date and both MN dress up in each other's fav colour, as a symbol of giving off the rest of their lives to that one person......... but what made these colours more symbolic was MN marriage vows on terrace,with Nupur in red and Mayank in white..........
and ......ek chota sa waada is umra se sacha hai sanam............ it was that one promise that redefined their lives forever......
and a special mention to colour black........... the HBV, that made us swoon and
die..........LOL
and ofcos the recent ArTi stunt in black..........at ITA, a prince in black with his
princess matching him in every way...........
