Tanu i think they want to continue this MN track and so they won't make Mayank realise so quickly, if he would, he would rush to save Nupur and may be an end to the track.

I have a feeling that would make Nupur have the final face off against Dhruv on her own and thus Mayank would be shown to be indifferent and Sammy boy would be shown recognising her!
