Mayank recovers miraculously after accident?

I dared to watch one episode of the show yesterday,seems Mayank was in an accident not few days ago and had hurt his head severely?apparently he had a lot of blood loss and Nupur had to sign consent forms for him?Did he miraculously recover in a single day and doesnt need hospitalization at all??Then he suddenly goes on a wild chase after Nupur where they all sing that ghissa-pitta song "yeh zindagi" to get her to miss her bus.Where does Mayank get all this energy from?How come he is jumping around in Excel and looking for opportunities to catch Nupur when she trips?

@divya....my Dad was asking me if they are retelecasting the old episodes again,he happened to watch MJHT for the first couple months where all the did was trip -fall-catch routine and dancing😕

i didnt watch that epi,but seems S got the shock of his life after the Suhaani revelation....so shocked that his head injury recovered spontaneously🤣...no wonder MJHT is soo retarded,all the protagonists have hit their head at least once and have sustained permanent brain damage,except Gunjan,probably,who was always like that🤣🤣
