Isn't that the CVs specialty Mimi?. Nothing makes sense. IMO, the perfect start to S2 would have been Nupur being alive, but MN divorcing each other to live life on their own terms. THAT would have been a story. Anyway, bringing back a dead character is always illogical, no matter how loved the character is.
