But guys, Jess is that it? A public apology there should be a more severe punishment, a high penalty or fine. This case involves a serious civil wrong indeed a civil crime!

Apology, many people in general say sorry where they don't even mean it. The Cvs or and channel even if they would apologise they would be back to square one. They would never mean it neither learn from their mistake.

I promised myself never to post in this forum again. But anu...i just wanna let all of u know that i m with u in this. They insulted us fans, they should be taught a lesson , that if the fans can make u guys run ur show for 2 years, they can ruin it in 2days too! Don't cheat or play game with our emotions!

This is what i wrote in my mail-
Miley Jab Hum Tum-A Show that ashamed its fans!

The star one show miley jab hum tum was one of my fav show, but now i m ashamed that i used to like this show. The maker of the show turned out as fraud & cheater. They played with viewers emotions for more than two weeks , give us severe mental torture by declaring that one of the main lead out of four is gonna die.
OKk, if that was not enough, they created a poll suddenly & ask the viewers to vote & save three of their fav characters.The poll was suppose to close at 31st may 2010. & Nupur played by Rati pandey won that poll.But the didn't close the poll rather continue it until 4th june, where on that same night they aired the episode where they shown that Nupur is dead. Now how on earth it is possible that they decide for the death scene on the spot , shoot it & aired just in same say when the poll was closed?

Moreover they manipulate the poll result (cmon u wanted to kill a character of ur show, but why u need to stoop so low for this? why involve audience if u urself wanna take decision?), In few hours Gunjan who was loosing the pole all these days , suddenly got highest no of votes& won the poll. & even if we consider the manipulated result, the character with least vote was sam , who should die , not nupur.

& the last thing they did was trying to defame an honest & hardworking actress like Rati pandey , accusing her falsely! Nupur was the life of that show, Rati was the best performer, the best actress.& most of us used to watch the show only for her.& after 2 year of her hard work, suddenly with out notice they kicked her out, spreading false rumor abt her? i means seriously how low can u get?

I think without Rati ,MJHT is merely a circus now, coz the other ppl there can't act ..& They r just trying to introduce some newbies with no talent & repeating the old stories of past two years with this new characters, even the characters basic natures r same, just name & actors r changed,& that make it the worse show on TV!!!!!!!!!
It should go down to drain!!!!!!!!!! & the frauds & cheaters should public-ally apologies to us fans & to Rati.

I feel so ashamed that once i used to love the work of some educated cheaters & creatives who used all their creativity for cheating the fans rather than building up a story for their show!!!!!!!! Hail MJHT, hail CVs!

Well said! brilliant,
although i absolutely doubt they will do any kind of proper apology, look what they've done now, they just made an excuse...
Anyway they will pay for it somehow, and definitely want Rati back, as the original Nupur.

We are fighting for respect, with respect.
Lets not be too rude or hateful, because they will not listen like that

So please let's be clear and concise, and if you have suggestions do say them.

I know Senny, just the public apology is not enough to cover up this crime. But this is the least that we can demand first.

unfortunately...d cvs of mjht have not taken this into consideration......they have under-estimated d power of d masses.....the masses have d power to make or break it....if d same audience can drool relentlessly on thier so called "youth" college program....they can bash them as well....
they have d rights....
D power of masses is a double ended sword......
as a viewer i have 300+ options to satiate my 9 pm daily dose of tv watching.....
y did i stck to mjht?b'coz it guaranteed me freshness,something which i have never ever seen before.......the magic,the charisma of MAYUR........nd what is it now......fuh-get it...not worth of even making a mention.....

if they think they"ll give a damn about viewers opinions....then they r badly mistaken....its not their show,they r only d creators of d characters,its d audiences love which have nourished d characters nd brought them where they r now......
darn u cvs n ur pea-sized egoistic brains !!!!!!!!!!!!!

nd who can forget d injustice to Rati...the way she was asked to leave....now that d cvs definition of creativity....

one word fr d cvs\production house...."ye public hai aur yeh sab" jaanti hai....
nd we will not tolerate such injustice meted out to d stars or d audience......

Stories and tracks do not create out of thin air in few hours or few days. It is always planned. Imagine if Mayank would have lost the poll and creatives really decided to kill Mayank's character, then what was the story for them ahead? Killing a character on public demand mean you have to have four set of stories ready for new season. Do you all believe that they had four alternative stories ready? NO WAY.... they had only one track in mind... to kill Nupur.... to break-up SG for that reason... to break up Sayank friendship on that reason.... and to begin new track for Mayank....

But creating the poll and fixing the results, they cheated with us....and performed a fraud in front of people's eyes.
