If Gunjan was in the hospital ten Sam would be by her side not trying to commit semi-suicide. Logically that means that Gunjan walked out on Sam...its wat Sam believes per the cliffside scene and his convo wit Mayank. If Gunjan abandoned Sammie due to an accident per current story then Sammie should probably move on n Ash seems to understand him. Its also wat TB article is hinting on.. on i am not predicting juss going wit CVs ka flow
