If you look at the deeper meaning of " the lives of the other three will be affected", it probably indicates either Mayank or Samrat will die.

Mayank isn't that close to Sajan in the first place- so if it is Nupur who dies, it will probably distance him from them a little more- he will have little or no role to play in their life

Ditto for Samrat being close to Mayur- although I'd say that Samrat is closer to MaYur than Mayank being closer to Sajan.

Because the lives of Gunjan and Nupur are so intertwined ( they are sisters after all), the death of any of their partners will affect the other. And in a true sense, it will affect the other three.

My bet is on either Samrat or Mayank.
