Sara and Riya:I think you both have cleared all the doubts you had now no more discussion on this. Let's stick to what this thread is meant for.

troublemaker and kavya:If someone does wrong action is taken against the one doing so. The rules are same for everyone be it a newbie, groupie or a Dev Team member.

If someone does wrong will you do the same. What is the difference between the two then? You can't clap from one hand.

We have said this so many times if you find anything offending instead of replying back report to DT they shall take care of the issues as soon as they come online and do the needful but when members don't listen you can't put blame on others.

Be it ArTi or MoNaya or ArNaya all are good at their respective place. Fighting with each other or comparing them is not going to benefit anyone only lead to unnecessary arguments and disrupt the peace of the section.

we didn't mean that we want 2 continue doing the mistake done by others, we'll definitely report, but sometimes we cant jus leave without replying...

n also we are not talking abt the presnt one alone
In general, may a times we saw reported topics getting closed but hardly saw a person, who is reason for the topic for getting closed, getting a warning

Kavya:I understand your sentiments but as I said replying back is not the solution.

I don't understand what makes you all think that action is not taken against the one doing wrong. Whoever breaks the rules action taken against them. In the end we have to see from all the sides before taking any decision.

Hey Kavya, I understand where you are coming from, but firstly let me tell you be it any post by the time we would get to a post everyone would indulge themselves into an argument. Seeing a majority of members arguing back and forth left us with no option, but to close the topics. We have tried our best to avoid raising WLs. We like to keep that as a last alternative as raising WLs tend to make things worse. We have tried every possible way to sit down with members and discuss issues. I think it is wrong to say that people do not get warnings. If Preeti and I were overlooking this issue, we would not have asked Shruti to come down and look into this matter. We are as tired as you all are of these everyday arguments. Since you all have asked for strict action this is what will happen from now on and that is what we are aiming for.

People do report. I used to INITIALLY. But that really doesn't get us nywhere. The same members do the same thing AGAIN and AGAIN! Why bother reporting then? 😕 It doesn't really help.

@gagan n shruti - i understand u guys, u ppl are doing a good job as DT
But even then we see one or the other argument in the forum almost everyday, sometimes it's even without any reason
at times i feel, they search for a reason 2 start some sort of arguement (it's not only MNians or only SGians, it's frm both the sides... i agree on this)
Inspite of ur hard work, nothing came 2 an end, sometimes, i feel like leaving the forum completely
Now that u have said, it'll b strict... i'm happy abt that
