From his acting and his expressions he did look like he was jealous of sam-suhaani relatiship... also his dialogs were a direct comparison between him and samrat.

If my B/f compared my love for him with my love for my brother, i would call him creepy.
this is in no way comparable to jealousy due to loosing captaincy.
