As far as making assumptions without watching a scene goes, I guess that's what speculation is all about. Don't people analyze interviews, articles and promos all the time? And as for opening topics despite not watching the show ardently, it's not a novel concept. I've been to countless forums for other shows and people vent out ALL the time there - even though they haven't seen the show in months.
