Because Mayank and Nupur were hugging in this one scene and Bauji sees them ..
and he misunderstands Mayank. He thinks that they both will run away
so he disapproves their love

Hi Anisha
last month due to some confusions Nupur's bauji misunderstands Mayank. And he decides that he's not the right guy for his daughter and between all this Adhiraj proposes to marry Nupur and Bauji and Bui give a Yes to this.

Its due to that misunderstanding Bauji refuses for Nupur Mayank's relationship
