19year olds generally don't think of getting married but then again which 19year old girl nowadays thinks of her raj coming on a white horse? Nupur is different. Maybe I understand her differently to some of you guys but man I cracked up watching the scene yesterday.

That is her innocence not dumbness, see she grew up on fairy tales and bollywood movies in which heroes come on horses and sing songs with heroines - I think that is where her being a small town girl n not being a city bred plays an important role. She must have seen people going on horse rides or horse carriages near her home town often and she was innocent enough to believe that such things are possible in cities too, that is naivete, not dumbness. I totally agree that Nupur imagines wild things but her wild imaginations are not exactly dumb n irritating, they reflect her profound thoughts and feelings which is NOT the case with this shaadi imagination.
