Police hawaldaar picks the phone up and Gunjan right there says 'Samrat' while the hawaldaar says 'Who Samrat?' Samrat hears his name and comes near the prison bars. Gunjan then tells the hawaldaar, she is talking about the accident case and she is his friend, Gunjan. Samrat on the other hand, says, Gunjan, my best friend. Gunjan says she wants to hear his voice and Samrat says he wants to hear her voice. They both plead but the hawaldaar doesn't listen and then says he will hang up when he accidently puts it up on Speaker and Samrat can hear Gunjan's pleading voice and yells out 'Chashmish, I am alright Chashmish' and his voice is able to reach Gunjan's. He asks her not to cry but she cries even more.
Hawaldaar hangs up and Samrat thanks him. Hawaldaar says today's kids and today's phone, donno how they are made. Samrat is sad.
Nupur asks Gunjan if she talked and Gunjan says no, but he heard my voice. Gunjan says that if Samrat is fine, even she is fine. Nupur wipes Gunjan's tears, feeds her and then they both hug.
Samrat is talking to himself about Gunjan and saying that she is his single friend who can do anything to just know if he is alright or not. Samrat says that he is thankful that Gunjan is in his life, cus since the time she came, his life has become more peaceful. Samrat sits on the floor thinking about how wrong he was to choose Sheena and how he could even think that Sheena is the girl for him. Hawaldaar comes and says that his friend has came to meet him, Samrat gets happy knowing it might be Gunjan but it turns out to be Sheena.
Sheena comes up to a shocked Samrat all smiles and says this is the punishment for rejecting me. A sarcastic Samrat replies back saying that he got punished because he chose her. Sheena again starts her talk on how Gunjan is responsible for all this and Samrat says that there is no reason for him to talk to Sheena, cus all her talks end up at Gunjan. Sheena says, that not her talks, but Samrats talks start with Gunjan and end at Gunjan as well. Sheena further carries on that in Samrat's life there in only Gunjan and what she likes, what she dislikes. Samrat says So what? She is my best friend. Samrats asks Sheena if she even knows what friends mean and she says yes, she does but Samrat doesn't and that is why, he is not able to understand that till today, he was unable to understand that Gunjan is more then his friend. Samrat says, Sheena has already said all this in the party and he doesn't have any feelings for Gunjan. Sheena says that she is not talking about Gunjan's feelings. She is talking about his feelings.
Mayank's mom says to Mayank who is drying his head that she has talken to Lalita and that Samrat will be released. Mayank is happy and says that Gunjan will be happy hearing that. Mayank's mom further adds that they will have to wait till Monday to get the bail cus of weekand. Mayank's smile disappears. Mayank's mom asks him about Samrat's parents and he replies back saying that he doesn't know much about them but he only knows they are in France and if Samrat wanted to inform his parents, he would have said something. Mayank's mom says that if not Samrat, atleast Mayank should have asked. She further on adds, that she thinks Samrat's parents shall know everything that happened. Mayank says that 'Waise ma, many kids are no that ill-fated who's parents keep an eye on everything they do.' Mayank's mom pulls Mayank's ear and says 'oh really? Tell me how ill fated you are.' And Mayank says 'Okay sorry baba, I am not ill fated. And they both smile.

Samrat is walking around in jail saying to himself whatever Sheena said was to ruin his mind even more, and that he has any other feeling for Chashmish, no one else, but only Sheena can think about it. Till today, no one told him something like this. He has Tamanna Ma'am's flashback where he laughs it off saying 'Him and Gunjan? Never, If Gunjan is aasmaan ki pari, then he is zameen's…where Uday adds 'hero' he says yes, but Gunjan ke saamne zero. Tamanna Ma'am says that maybe she is wrong.' In jail, Samrat says that Tamanna ma'am doesn't know him good and none of his friends said anything like that. He has flashbacks of Mayank and Dia telling him about Gunjan. Samrat then adds, that no one is able to understand his friendship with Gunjan. He remembers some cute SaJan moments (with flashbacks) and then adds 'Ya phir, I couldn't understand this friendship.' Samrat lays down, and says 'Chashmish' when on the other end, Gunjan wakes up, as if she had just had a dream and says 'Samrat'.

Gunjan sits on her bed and folds her hands and prays God ji to take Samrat out of this problem as soon as possible. She will not ask for anything else, - not even the request of a 'separate' place for her in Samrat's heart, not even that. Gunjan then is shown thinking/ worried.
Samrat says to himself that his friendship with Gunjan is something special and that is why, what he feels for Gunjan, he doesn't feel for Uday, Benji, Dia. Samrat is shown thinking and he finally says 'But is this something different from friendship? Samrat says that whatever happens, but there is no bigger truth then the fact that Chashmish was special for him and will stay special for him.
Precap: Benji, Gunjan, Nupur and Uday come to meet Samrat. Nupur excitedly asks the hawaldaar if they could go meet Samrat. He says, go go. All 4 are happy and go to meet Samrat when he stops them and says, this is not a police station, but a mela! Dia is talking to Ranvijay and how she is worried, when she touches his arm and she sees the marks and questions him.
