it was very mean of nupur to do this but it was indeed a very nupurish thing to do!
its good that they are showing lead actress with some negative point!
because a really good human being makes mistakes at some point,a good person at heart will regret and say sorry ... hope thats what nupur will do!

i guess and hope mayank gets angry at her behavior,for creating a scene , but later i want him to accept her apology quickly as he loves her ,knowing her negatives sides!

Just by reading the precap update, I am this pissed. I don't even want to watch the precap to see their expressions.

Nupur is treating Mayank worse than someone would treat their pet. At least they love their pet. Nupur doesn't even love Mayank. She has a huge crush for Raj and she keeps trying to find that Raj in Mayank. As long as Mayank is filmy, she likes him. The moment he acts himself, she doesn't even care about his feelings and goes on to treat him like a puppet of hers. I have no idea what the creatives are trying to show.

The way Nupur is behaving now, I find it partially to be Mayank's fault. He forced Nupur to think that she is in love with him by actually acting like someone he isn't and someone Nupur would love him to be. Then he further acts 'unlike' himself by cutting and pasting stuffs. He kept behaving filmy and now suddenly he wants to be himself. Btw, what Mayank said the other day actually proves what we have been saying for so long. Mayank wasn't being Mayank all this time, and now he wants to be like himself😆. Anywho, cause of Mayank's this deceptive attitude, Nupur now dares to consider him like some kind of a stuff which she owns. Yes , but that doesnt mean she can be soooooo bloody nasty . I dont think mayank is actually at fault here as he just made her feel special by giving those morphed pics and setting up that date just coz she is a movie buff.. Is nupur that idiotic not to realize that mayank did all that only to make her happy and in real could never be Raj..She even admitted that she loves him in spite of his aloofness and being a nerd.. she asked for a date , she got it way more than she expected plus she got a suprise gift that she adored. Poor guy, he even came till her house and apologised and this girl is not satisfied with that , in turn she wants him to run behind her like a dog???
.Not only did she gift him a cheap-girly locket, which even a canteen wala owns, but also threw tantrum about it. And now she went so far that she actually humiliated him infront of everyone like that.
Completely true..So what if she likes blinging accessories that doesnt mean that she should force him to wear it..A girl like Nupur who has a decent taste in fashion..(i mean she wears pretty ok salwar suits with matching eaarings and bangles) cannot identify that the chain is just hidoeus looking and esp a Bombay guy would never wear it..Also Its so sad that she didnt make any effort to make mayu special like how he did for her.. I am sure she doesnt know what his likes n dislikes are..

If Mayank has even a little bit of self respect left, then he should just tell her off right there. Even by making an attempt to find the locket goes to show that how 'low' love can be and also that Mayank has no respect for himself. Nothing can justify Nupur's act. She is being worse than Sheena in the boyfriend sector.
Yes totally agreed..If the writers r sensible enough to understand the real Mayank and Nupur then let them take a break , relax, have a cup of coffee , do some meditation and reconstruct the lead actors' whole persona (oh that includes sam-gunj too)

Disclaimer: If anyone gets hurt by my post, then I am not here to please you. I presented my point of view in a critical but decent manner. I am not bashing anyone here, so if you find my reply worth being angry or hurt about, its not my fault.
God knows what more is in store for us.. I have lost interest in the show..Mayank n nupur have lost their entertainment quotient and now i dont think their nok jhoks r either funny or cute 😕😕
Anyway I do have a light ray of hope that nothing stupid happens on Monday after she throws the locket..Lets not jump to conclusions until the episode airs..

For whatever reason Mayank adopted the filmy avatar, the bottom line is he did. Nupur did claim that she loves him for whatever he is, but time and again we saw that Nupur loves Mayank only when Mayank is what she wants him to be. Mayank may have planned the date or morphed the pics to make her feel special, but that made Nupur believe that Mayank has this side too......in her words 'cute and sweet'. Cute and sweet was also when Mayank took her in the beach to make her happy, Mayank was cute and sweet also then, when he went to the Diwali party for her. But after she fell in love with him, did we ever see her remembering those stuffs and term that as cute and sweet, where Mayank was being himself.

EDIT: BTW, I was re-reading your post and mine and, I guess, we are thinking a bit logically and deeply. I mean, I am sure that the creatives have no idea what they are doing😕 let alone think the reasons for either of the twos behaviour that deeply. 🤣

I walked in late from office, eager to catch the last bits of the epi ...n what do i see ..a precap in which Nupur is humiliating Mayank....I was like, Sh** I shud've just watched the 11.00 epi with no precap ....!

I'm pissed off with Nupur, what's got into her? I do remember her Salon epi n all..but here she loves Mayank- or does she? I feel like getting into the indifferent to Mayur mode..Whatever!! As much as I tried , i cudnt get myself to agree with the thot that its all cos of Mayank's fault. Oh yes, he was wrong for sure to have lost her first gift (as much as i disliked the idea of the locket, atleast it was a gift she gave him lovingly) ..but to behave like this in return was terrible/immature n unacceptable..

woah, vented out my frustration, now my hope is that it was some dare that she was doing....but holy sh** it better be!!!!!!!!!!!!

first of all, great topic! 😳
after watching the precap, i was so disappointed with nupur and completely shocked with her harsh behavior...i mean after mayank wearing that hideous and practically feminine looking locket in front of everyone, she had the audacity to grab it from his hands and throw it out as if she was trying to say "go fetch, dog!" and this is after he apologised and mentioned how someone special gave it to him...im sure nupur wouldn't even have had the guts to do that.

personally, i would never do that to my boyfriend...actually i would never even buy him a cheap locket to wear because thats just plain gay...its not a symbol of love at all

nupur is seriously trapped in her filmy world and needs to get the hell out and face reality... considering mayank to be "raj" will not get her anywhere and neither will it change mayank

i think mayur is a one-sided relationship!! in the beginning of their love story nupur had made vaadein and kasmein that she will lower down her ghussa but after watching how she treated mayank today it turns out that it will never happen...mayank, on the other hand, promised that he will stop acting like a "saru kahin ka" which he fulfilled...but as always nupur has to find faults 🤬...chalo, their nok-joks and fighting was always cute but the precap just killed it...

has nupur ever realized that she still hasn't confessed her love to him...or atleast have the decency to mention the three magical words??? and mayank confessed not just to her but the WHOLE EXCEL COLLEGE!!! and he was the first one to speak up out of the two!!!! 😡shows how much she loves him...

i really don't understand what has happened to nupur!! i loved her character soooo much but now its starting to fade away...if mayank literally attempts to find the locket that just officially declares that he is WHIPPED in this relationship 😕

Post the rain scene, it has never seemed to me that Nupur is even in love. All the effort in this relationship seems to be from Mayank's side. He is the one who is going out of the way to make her happy, arrange romantic dates for her though they are totally unlike his style, even wear that hideous locket if only to humour her. But what has Nupur been doing? Being with Mayank seems to be a mere gratification, some story to narrate to Gunjan for instance. If she really loved him, she would try to understand him better. Everything cant be justified by saying they are still immature.. Nupur wasnt this dumb before! Dumb isnt even the word anymore, her latest behaviour has been ugly!

How could she expect him to wear that locket?
The only 'Mayank' that would agree to it would be the one metamorposed into Raj. So is Nupur in love with this figment of her imagination? Mayank isnt Raj, he can only playact at times to have her smile.

How can she keep refusing his apologies and keep up such an indifferent air? How could she suddenly declare that they should end the 'fight'?
Nupur wanted to enjoy the party and that couldnt be if they were at loggerheads. So it all boils down to her convenience. Fight when you feel like it, make up when you get bored. Where does Mayank come in in all of this?

The precap was like the rotten cherry on this already spoilt cake. 'Go and get it!' Hello? Is he your slave? Is he a sniffer dog? Nothing, absolutely nothing can justify that tone and that expression Nupur had on. For one, Mayank isnt at fault at all. And for another, even if I try to justify Nupur's nonsense as one of her vanities or so called filmi-pan, then this must be a shade of hers that is jarring to the eye.
