kavya, I second your statement & agree with all of u...just saw today's episode, with a very heavy heart, there was no Nupur at all...can't tell u how depressed I'm feeling......I have never ever seen such glaring partiality in any show, ever.....Honestly, nasty as it might sound, I really want Rati to leave the show, she is too brilliant an actress for a show like this, specially after the shabby & step motherly treatment that she has been metted out to her, in every department...
Mayur has no storyline, no depth, dignity, emotions in their track, no screen space, third rate costumes....
The play which was supposed to be their track, the focus which was supposed to be on their love story, just turned out to be a sham! From weeks, I'm getting to see only Sajan scenes & an overdose of them & Sheena...frankly, I won't even pretend to say that I enjoy their track....with due respects to them, I dont...so I always skip their scenes & watch only whatever li'l I get to see of Mayur....
I'm happy for Sajan though, they get such well directed scenes...always...great costumes....a very generous share of screen space...consistently....Good for them....
All the other characters are being sidelined...except, Uday maybe..some perks of being an editor, perhaps...
The show as u said stinks of bias, big time.
& gurlz, u all can be rest assured that there will be no story starting, for Mayur, even after the play, the trend will continue...they will have crappy scenes or no scenes at all...history will repeat itself, 'cos by then Sammy boy's love realization process would've started....& then focus on the actual love story of the show...so pack up time for Arti. (Maybe some odd comic scenes here & there or some more strip tease by Academic champ, Mayank)
& honestly, I really wish that Nupur would not fall in love with Mayank, I dont think any girl in her right senses would like to be with a man who is schemy & manipulative like a Chess player....I'd much rather she falls in love with Chinu....the canteen guy..he at least comes across as man with some decency & character....unfortunately, I can't see any of these qualities in our so called, "Mr. Sex God".....
Sorry if my post sounds harsh....no offense meant to anyone....but I can't see this treatment of Mayur, specially Rati , any more.
PS: I wonder if the makers of the show would do with Sajan, what they have done with Mayur from last Thursday, it's been a week's dedication to Sajan (actually more)......I'll take back my words, if they give us 10 days of Mayur at a stretch with hardly any other scenes...will they do that? I'm sure not...even if they do. to prove a point, they will make sure that the next one month, they won't show Mayur at all.....
