The cast and crew of Star One's Miley Jab Hum Tum, were in for a pleasant surprise when Tanvi Lonkar, the girl who essays the role of the teenaged Latika in the Oscar winning movie Slum dog Millionaire dropped in to their sets to meet her favorite character of the show, Mayank aka Arjun Bijlani.

According to our source, "The girl watches the show with keen interest, and does not even miss seeing the repeats. She requested Arjun Bijlani to give her an autograph and when the unit got to know that the girl was part of Slumdog Millionaire team, all took her autograph too".

Says Arjun of the incident, "We did not realize at first that she was the girl from the film, but when she said that she was to catch a flight that night to be at the Oscars, all were jubilant to have her on sets. She told me that she loves my work and I really felt good".

"I recognized her on the Oscar stage too, and the fact that she likes our show makes us really proud", adds the actor.
