The Drug Track

Hey everyone!

Well as the creative PD said, Nupur's gonna think that Mayank's under drugs due to our lovely Uday bhaiyya😛. So here's how it should be according to me -

She confronts Mayank about it in a very casual manner, but showing some concern.
Mayank, being the sadu that he is😡, is more pissed than ever, thinking it's one of her jokes or an attempt to irritate him.
So he yells at her and tells her to get lost (or something along these lines).
And THEN, Nupur finally gets some self-respect and asks the idiot what his stupid problem is!!
I hope she goes on and on about how she's SICK & TIRED of his saduness, the amount of time she's wasted running behind him and is never gonna bother speaking to him again. It's not worth her while.

It'll probably shut him up and rewire his brain to a more Nupur-friendly state. Honestly, it's about time the guy woke up and smelled the coffee!
This can also make for some interesting rehearsal scenes as Nupur's gonna be mega-pissed and he'll have to think of ways to pacify her! HA! It'll make him realise how much he stands to lose without her badbadana in his ear.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE Mayank fan. I just think this denial phase of his, has been stretched to breaking point. I hope I haven't offended anyone?

Awesome post, Mariam! I so concur with each word! Especially the last line! Pleaaaase bring back puraana Mayu along with his t-shirts! These days he looks like a sadu Uncleji! Ughhh! This denial phase really has been stretched the the breaking point....his constant sadu expression is unbearable now.

I have no words for this drug track ka 'genius' idea *rolls eyes*.....Here's hoping that it ends up leading to SOME movement in the storyline atleast like you've proposed! If Nupur finally stops being such a chipku (although with M's maa only encouraging her to be this way, I dunno if that's ever possible :S) then toh I'll baanto mithaai! lol

lol omg totally!!! Mayanks annoyed face and sarcastic smiles were cute at first but now...by god I feel like wacking his head with his beloved books to knock some sense in him!

And bechari nupur, she probably thinks that after him having bhang...he isn't as innocent as he looks, and what with stress with exams, he might resort to drugs o-kk then.....

But I just want Nupur to react to his sadoo-ness.....in the update I think Gunjan asks her why do you take crap from him and still chase after him....I want her to show a lil depth and actually maybe, slightly just teensy bit feel hurt by his behaviour and maybe then mayank will realise that he has gone too far........ 🤡

Unbearable it is! What's even more unbearable is how she's hell-bent on...on what exactly? On what? I still haven't understood what it is, that she's trying to do!😡 Just leave him already!
That's why I didn't enjoy yesterday's phone convo or MN's conversation in the end. I mean everything's so...annoying. Ugh!
I'm actually liking SaJan a lot, at least they're friendly and sweet and Gunjan's dignity is lovely.
Mohit's kinda cute too, ecspecially in the SaNu scenes!

You know, there's not one episode of MN's after the barn one, where I've laughed and sighed happily throughout!
At least he'll be looking better clotheswise *rolls eyes*.

I cant remember the last time there was a mayur scene which i actually thoroughly enjoyed! But fair enough he's acting like this but he's not even showing a secret 'sorry-I'm-behaving-like-this-to-you-i-just-like-you-but-i-dont-want-u 2-know' face which kinda sucks

and OMG nupur! she's peppy and quirky and By God we love you for that but please woman calm urself down and THINK! would mayu a mummy's boy, a 1st class student...take drugs?!! 😳

@marium: yeah atleast his shirts wud be back - seeing the current track even getting those shirts back shud be a huge relief for us - boht kam maangnein poori hoti hai aaj kal humari!😛

lol sidra nupur is slighly daft and naive, when mayank made that sarcastic comment about her being a drama queen she actually thought he was being serious and thanked him for being such a good friend!
But she's probably used to him patronising her now i guess she probably thinks that him givin her sarcastic comments is how they communicate with one another.......😕

Well we know that she can get hurt by him....if you remember the whole letter n TP shenanigans...but I want her to kinda flip out on mayank now...not in the crazy stalker-ish way she is doing now but in a more subtle approach!

drug track has MANY flaws:

drug is too much of a seriousissue to make it into a comedy - the way PD mentioned it seemed as if its a comedy track!

why OF ALL THE PPL SHE KNWS would nupur ask dodo bhaiyya? and HOW can he be;lieve such a wierd explanation - doesnt she know MAYANK???

and we have all now made our throats hoarse by screaming (ok so maybe fatigued our fingers by writing😛) again and again that mayur r NOT comic releifs - wedon't WANT them as comic reliefs...we want to see sweeet side of their friendship ...!! i think we have had enough of their comedy (tom and jerry running around trees) to last us for a few weeeks!

and no offense to creatives, but even when the the track does seem to focus on mayur still their track just isn't satisfactory..from the academic meet days..first that joke of an academic meet..then holi...now this drug thing! its like the potential of mayur's story is getting all wasted!

and its HIGH time - i don't know how many times i have already written this but i just want to say it again and again - its HIGH time mayank moves out of this d*mn denial stage!😡there's a limit to every stage this denial stage has now crssed ONE MONTH!

@anu: he does luk like a sadu uncleji! and i am shocked by the "geniusness" of this drug trackif this is how creatives r generous to MN fans then i'd rather NOT hav them trying to be generous!😛😛 (once again, nothing personal creatives - just my current view abt mayur track!)

oh i can predict the upcuming trak.....nupz getting more chipku...obviously feeling its her duty to save mayank frm the DRUGS......n mayu will get more sadu for sure......a big OTT fight...nupz realizing DRUGS are not the right answer...will go to her guruji...no its not sam....its r very own dodo....who will once more cum up wth his brilliant ideas...may b sum thng abt mayank being a terrorist...or may b an alien......n then the cycle will continue....n oh dont worry the trak will obviously b very FUNNY n ofcourse EXCITING.....
