well m not watching the recent episodes but i don't get why they bringing this mystery track. n idk why Shona, is allowed to take care of her when she was the reason why Pari was in hospital.

Sattu feels responsible for everything due to his pushing and being adamant about keeping the marriage secret. All of this happened due to this insistance of his.
Hence he will do the sacrifice. His character has that edge.

If you remember he didn't consumate the marriage because he wanted his Pari Jee to fulfill her dream of being a teacher. He even said that she had to go through so much,
first of Maasaheb wanted to get Mastana married to her - even knowing that she always took maa-saheb's side and helped her in time of need. So, his strong manly character
wanted his beloved Pari Jee to have something before he consumates the marriage.

Similarly, here we will see some drama of his sacrifice and his punishing himself for Pari Jee's near death situation.
And what else can be more painful for him that Pari jee starts hating him. So, all the tracks will be for Pari Jee to start doubting him and hating him.
