Remember when Ira was leaving the house and she asked Akhilesh to take care of himself. She said:

SO TRUE! Humre bhole Pandey Ji ne bina shak kiya Mr Jugaadu pe bharosa karliya. Who, realistically, would charge you absolutely nothing for a procedure like a vasectomy reversal? Then on top of that, Mr Jugaadu asked him not to inform anyone about it because people would be against his "charitable" act. Yeah no shit. Mr Jugaadu jab kaam hi galat karenge then what can you expect?
