Loneliness is his only companion now. Like there is NO ONE for him right now and loneliness is the worst ever problem in the world.

Ishani's change is any normal person's change. But since it was Ishani here, this was sbounsd to be shocking.

As to your confusion if she would be alive or not, you better read it on your own. But tell me, what makes you think that she'd be dead?
