If i go with San's concept then the track should be like RV should fake that he has lost the memory and every family member should believe that milan is alive should bring him home...ishaani should get the strange feelings of something common imaginary feeling for him which she is not getting it with her current RV

yes!!! CP!! since Milan is now Ranveer Ranveer can be Milan. Ishani can bring Ranveer i.e. Milan back for Kamba and start falling for Milan i.e. Ranveer.. then wonder why she's falling for Milan i.e. Ranveer when she isn't feeling attracted to Ranveer i.e. Milan.. such bhootiphoolnaasshh😳
