Why TOI doesn't mention anything abt d new entry on 1st OCT epi as per d colors latest promo there should be some new entry, r may be some one v already know (like Chirag , Rishi 👎🏼, Nithin 😲(vry less chances), Rajat 👍🏼) or maybe it's RV double/SPD itself .

cross posting my reply..since too much of city hospital in story i came to this conclusion.. The new man is none other than city hospital Doctor Dumagolidummyraja 5th std fail,Bsc,MBA,BABL.once city hospital compounder token boy nw leading Neurologist in c.hosp..hes the one who treatd ghajini aamir khan n anniyan vikram...nw for a higher research study dumyraja hs injectd the ghajini anniyan blood to rv n observing its effect on him...i hv seen a tamil film like tht vre the doctor injects a small girl a new medicine he inventd n its effects on her.
