i think Ranveer and Ishani shared some closeness after ishani save him ..and Ranveer's heart at the same tym ( yest epi) is forced to trust ishu wrds but he will nvr tell this or share this to ishani and secretly will get to the truth OR

the second possibility is may be Ishu and Rv decides to reveal the truth of Ri in frnt of family ..

but after Matsh Promo or say a glimpse of it i m very very sure that Rv is solely planning smthng ... frm which ishu is also unaware ..
