Well here is my point of view...right now toh Ranveer is starting from believing into her ML...i think he will want to help Ishaani out in this difficult phase for her(according to him since he believes that she has lost memory)...there will be no thoughts of staying with her forever bcz according to him all this could very well change once her memory comes back..i.e she will go back to Shikhar..also he himself will be bound by his promise to Ri...so his main aim as of now would be to just get her memory back...
But then you can't stop love...and then this is not just love but Aashiqui which never dies or can't be suppressed for long...so dikhra will maybe start thinking more...but the presence of Ri and her nautanki..Shi who says that Ish is his amanaat...Amba who keeps pressurizing him will keep him held back..he will be supportive/caring towards Ishaani non-the less unless Ri is able to expose Ishaani's fake ML infront of him but that will take time even if it happens..
Ishaani meanwhile has came with a fixed mindset of exposing Ri...getting her punished for her crimes and bringing her true face to everyone and to Ranveer...after that she intends to go back to Shikhar to keep her word and promise...i think she will be firm on her decision..
but somewhere she will have to think that what would happen to Ranveer..especiaaly if she starts seeing him caring for her and the old Ranveer coming back...she will get afraid and will not be so sure of her decision..at the same time she will be considering the person to whom she has given word...so in short she will be in a dilemma..

After blabbering so much..😆...if i have to give answer to your question in short...well yes their reunion is not going to be easy...uncertainity will continue for some time..how long no idea..

But like you and many others I want my Ranveer to be in the action..and the one who has a major role to play in all this..i say this again and again that Ranveer and his love is the soul of MATSH...it's high time that the CVs understand this and get him out of this current slumber phase...audience are loosing patience done waiting...

I think this look can have two meanings one positive and one negative... :-

1. It can be as Mahi is telling, he must have believed that Ishani has ML, he has started loving her and hence holding her hand while Ishani is in a deep thought because of the unversal promise given by her to Shikhar... In that case there will be a heart break again for RV and then colors can release another pic of RV in the city hospital and the miraculous doctors trying 2 repair his heart... surrounded by Amba, Ishani, Shikhar, Baa, Kailash etc... 😆

2. It can have this meaning also of never letting go of Ishani whatever may be the case... In this case we poor souls may get back our RV, the RV we have desired 4 long and it seems an era has ended since we have seen that RV... ... Dusht CVs, chances are less that this will be the case.. 😭

Kya haalat ho gayi hai is show ki... More than assuring Ishani of his presence, RV is assuring the audience in this pic, that he will support Ishani... 😆
