Our ishaani n her brain kuch bhi chal sakti hi uski dimag mein par kisi ki samaj mein nahi aati as ram said.. But this dialogue disturbed me a lot I don't know why!

Well she did also say in the monlogue that she has only came here to bring out Ri's asliyaat... and that baqi kaha mera har shabd jhuta hai...and then this dialogue..so i get why you may have got disturbed..

but don't worry ...probably as already mentioned it is reffering to divorce..the promise.. the guilt from lying/being dishonest with him about whole thing..

@bold part...Yep... no body can understand her...futile exercise.. lolz..
