The episode begins with RV informing his office that he won't be coming next three days , Ri looks at RV talking and wonders how to take a look at his mobile , after he finishes talking he asks Ri why was she staring at him ??He asks her what was going on in her mind ?? Ritika makes an excuse and asks if she could go to Ishaani shikhar engagement ceremony , RV permits her and assures even he would accompany her , Ri is surprised and happy ,RV even decides to wear the dress Ri brought for him .
at shikhar's house krisha tells devarsh that she had missed periods, she was nauseated , and her pregnancy test came positive. Devarsh is shocked
Krisha is very upset and weeps . Devarsh consoles her , saying they were going to get married . To wait for now and to reveal to every one later that she became pregnant after marriage , Krisha asks if he was sure no one would come to know ??
Ishaani over hears the last part and asks what will none come to know ??
Devarsh makes an excuse that they were planning some surprise for everyone at the wedding , Ishaani has some doubts .
kanchan comes there to inform ishaani that she had to try out and collect her new outfit , and also she was late for spa booking , Kanchan asks devarsh to take care of krisha as she was upset all morning .
At RV's house , Ri gets a new suit for RV and she dresses up in a red flowing gown. Ri manages to take the mobile away from RV as he goes for bathing
He down loads all the videos from his mobile into her laptop , She tries to hurry up keeping a watch on the bathroom door , later Ra Ri arrive at the sagayi venue , he wants to park the car himself Ri tries to dissuade him but he insists he did not need valet parking .
Outside the sagayi venue ,some one sitting in a car talks on the mobile informing his boss that he was ready to bump off Ishaani the moment she arrived ,
As ishaani arrives at sagayi venue ,all ready and looking stunning in red gown some one talks over the phone that the speeding vehicle should run over ishaani as she arrives all dressed up for the function .
RV comes across ishaani as he returns from parking his car, Ishveer have eyelock. RV moves on but a leaf comes and sticks to his face. As he removes it he turns to look at ishaani. He is horrified to notice a speeding vehicle hurtling towards her. He shouts ISHAANIII !!!?. He rushes towards her, takes her in his arms and removes her to safety , they both fall to the ground, ishveer are shocked , they have eyelock. They lie together They are concerned about each others safety , and look for injuries .
Ishveer have close moments .. Ishaani goes to dream world ..."{she apologizes to RV for everything and tells him tearfully not to leave her and go. She hugs him and he kisses her forehead. He hugs ishaani ...
The unknown man informs his boss that he could not bump off ishaani as some one saved her ,but assures his boss that he would dispose off ishaani before the night was over .
"{Ishaani continues to seek apology from RV that she accepts her mistake , repenting every hurt she gave him, she wanted him to forgive her, she knew he loved her, she had taken all the illzaam just to save him , she went to jail to save him, she wanted to come to him the moment she was released from jail. But she saw he was married to Ri, that she was carrying his child ,so she fakes hatred for him but she could not carry on with this any more. She cried every time she hated him , she could not live with out him any more."Meri Ashiqui Sirf Tum Sey Hai RV she weeps , She wanted to live with him , he was the one who taught her how to love. How could he leave her and move on ?? She sinks to his feet pleads him not to leave her n go ,RV looks at ishaani emotionally , he melts as ishaani looks at him so lovingly , he takes ishaani in his arms cups her face, kisses her forehead ,hugs her tightly

Next moment ishveer are jerked into reality as a kid shouts for his lost balloon
Ishveer find them selves lying on the ground on each other's arms , they are shocked
