The episode begins with ishaani informing waghela family about Rv's accident , his urgent surgery. Asks them all to come to hospital as soon as possible ,Waghela family rushes to hospital.
Ishaani hugs Ritika tearfully , Ritz asks how the accident happened , the doc too comes and informs RV was in the middle of the road when he was hit by speeding vehicle. He had head injury and was in come , not much physical injuries.
The family is very upset. Ishaani calms them all. Amba suspects RV must have been hit when he was chasing ishaani , she confronts her but , Ritka asks Amba to calm down as ishaani weeps uncontrollably and is unable to reveal anything
At parikh house they decide to bring Ishaani back into the house as suggested by chetali so does her pati , Baa then says ishaani would never want to come back as she was selflessly sacrificing for her family, just like her son Harshad , she was like harshad in every way , accepting the crime which she had never committed , staying away from her family to protect them. She had done so much for the happiness of parikh family
She says that ishaani would be happier wherever she was at present. Parikhs would never be able to give ishaani any happiness ,All are shocked to hear baa asking them not to bring Ishaani back
At hospital surgery is successfully over and the moment RV comes out of anaesthesia, he starts talking. He begins to look for ishaani, the docs are unable to restrain him in the bed , He starts looking for her in corridors, down the stairs. ,finally he spots her. She is surprised to see him walking
As ishveer do slow walking towards each other .."hum dil de chuke sanam.." plays in BG as they have tearful eyelock, they stand staring at each other For long moments He holds her , feels her arms , touches her face, ,gently caresses her cheek , ishaani is tearful as he touches her face , the lovers are unable to hold back any more , RV is so happy to see ishaani alive , in front of him, in his arms Cups her face Hugs her tightly
RV tells her how he missed her all these days , how he prayed for her return every single day , how he was dying every moment. Waiting for her. How he loved her with all his heart and waited in despair , but now his prayers were answered , he was very happy that his ishaani was alive. In front of him. In his arms ,He vows never to let her go, he promises to keep her in front of his eyes all the time
Ishaani then moves away from him. Tells him that she had to go away, RV asks when she was released from jail why did she not come to him ??
Ishaani did not want to reveal anything about her past, he asks why was she hiding from him. Why was she living as Nirupa, why was she living at shikhar's house ??
Ishaani says he was very weak after surgery. So he should not ask for the truth as he would be shocked , , RV insists to know everything , bit ishaani tries to get out of his grip and wants to leave
Shikhar arrives and is surprised to see RV confronting Ishaani, he tries to calm Rv and asks him to,rest and not trouble ishaani , even though he was her family friend , RV then reveals he was ishaani's lawful husband
Shikhar is shocked
RV asks him If she ever told shikhar that ishveer were married and that ishaani was as his wife ??
Ishaani removes Rv's loving arms holding her , RV is shocked

Ishaani asks shikhar how could anyone force you to love someone you hated ??her father thought he loved her and got her married to him zabardasti
RV and shikhar are shocked to hear ishaani
