In case of Ri, did anyone notice before that she was immediately impressed by Sharman? That time I'd felt, "she was impressed by Ranveer like in 2 seconds, and now with Sharman too!! How? Why?" but that time her being hooked up with someone else was more important than thinking of these things.
Another thing, she might be involved in helping Chirag to molest Ishani too. If she planned this, she knew when the pics would be sent to Ranveer he would definitely try to avoid Ishani and find solace somewhere else. It did happen and she then tried hard to make place in his life. Slowly, slowly she was found everywhere. Sharman being her means to be near Ranveer and in the office she could be there with him without any hurdle. I will not at all be suprised if she actually did this.
