The episode starts and we see Ishaani and RV having eyelock as the BG song plays ..." Tum hi ho meri Aashiqui ..."
They are lost in eachother when Suddenly parul comes running and notices Ishveer standing so close to one another , she feels embarrassed at being the kabab mein haddi she regrets and says she has arrived at the wrong time .. she turns around but informs them that Zaveri ji had arrived and were calling them downstairs
Ishveer immediately separate and feel embarrassed
RV tells Parul that they are coming soon , she could go down .
Parul leaves hurriedly still feeling embarrassed at interrupting her bhaiya bhaabhi romance
Ishaani is still feeling shy and is adjusting her saree when Rv asks her to accompany him
They both come downstairs
Zaveri ji thanks Amba and Laxmi for willingly accompanying him to the Diamond merchants conference
Amab is very eager to go there she leaves with her husband ,
As they are leaving baa, chetali, her husband, sharman too arrive stating they were ready to go
Amab is in disapproval but Zaveri ji asks them to come along
Amba creates a scene , zaveri ji says they were his soon to be Samadhi so he wanted all important persons present there to get acquainted with his gujrati samaj
And all the biggies of the diamond merchants of the city would be there
Zaveri is happy Baa accepted his invitation , but Amba is unhappy and jealous
He is excited of introducing sharman his damaad to his community

Ishveer arrive ,zaveri asks if he was going to win the diamond contract
RV replies that this conference would lose its charm if RV did not reach there , and hd planned to win the contract too
Before leaving the house ishaani prays to the lord at mandir , to bless RV , to be by his side , to avoid his insult ,

At the diamond conference Zaveri introduces sharman as his would be damaad
Ritika too comes and pays respects to baa amba
Baa praises her beauty and put kajal ke tikka to save her from evil eyes
She is advised to stand next to sharman so that all will be able to see them as Jodi
Baa gives her approval , amba and laxmi exchange jealous looks
Ishveer arrive there , they exchange greetings with others
Next moment chirag arrives with his GF and makes a dhamakedaar entry

Ishaani become scared as to what he might do at the partyHe does a lot of drama , full of pride and then gets turban tied on his head ,

Then he confronts RV , asking him if he thought Chirag will not arrive , he then says he was he hero and heroes always entered late , and shows off his girl friend , saying he was tired of Ishaani , he tells RV not to stare at his GF as he would hand the girl to him after he was over with her , adding servants had their rights over their maalik's used items
RV suppresses his fury
Chirag tells RV that he had warned RV not to come to this conference but he did not listen to him , but now he should not bid for the contract or his wife's compromising fotos which were with him would be made public
Ishaani reprimands him but RV asks her to let him talk as there is a saying when the elephants walk the streets the stray dogs bark
And chirag was one of those dogs who just barked , could never bite
Chirag , RV confrontation , chirag threatens RV that it will be proved soon who was the elephant and who was the stray dog
Elsewhere in the conference Amab meets an acquaintance and gets talking

Baa overhears this conversation and is surprised , as Amba boasts that she had so many necklaces she could open a shop ,the lady praises amba saying she was always ahead of the other ladies in clothes and jewellery

Baa then comes there and asks the lady if she could cook ,do utensils, sweeping , moping , pressing hands and feet , she denies
Baa says amba was an expert in these fields too, she was expert in all fields of house work
She was earlier her servant , thats why , amba feels insulted and gets furious
Baa continues that she was newly rich woman hence showing off her quickly acquired wealth
The lady is shocked , baa leaves with a cunning smile , amba leaves the place feeling insulted and angry
At another part of the party ritika is puling Sharman aside and complaining that she wanted to talk to him , but he was not interested
Sharman replies that she did not give importance to him in her life
Ritiks says he was the most important person in her life as he was her fianc
He says he would be her fianc if their engagement was completed but till now she had not given him the ring , ritika says he should not be upset over this as she was concerned about RV as police was arresting him and she was shocked
Sharman tells her that she was always ignoring him and his gifts because of RV

ritika says he was being touchy , but she liked his attitude , she apologises kaan pakar ke, because his annoyance proved he loved her , and she too loved him very much.
She pleads him to forgive her
She asks him to give that ring which she was sure was lying in his pocket
After ritika's insistence Sharman takes out that ring from his pocket
Ritika takes it and slips in onto his ring finger and says now they were formally engaged
Now he was important in her life she declares
Ritika assures him that she had not done anything that would make him distrust her , trust was very important in any relationship , now he had to decide for himself , what was his future actions
As Ritika is about to leave , sharman pulls her back by her wrist , ritika then gives him a tight hug very happily
Soon the merchants conference begins and chirag purposely occupies the seat next to RV
Ishaani gets scared thinking what chirag would do now
Chirag challenges RV about his victory
At the outset amba's son Harshad parikh is honourd by Zaveri ji
RV, Ishaani, baa feel so proud
Then zaveri announces about the selection of that bid who will win the biggest diamond contract of this year
Amba and laxmi feel so happy that surely RV would win
But zaveri is shocked to read and announce that this year Chirag mehta had won the contract
All are stunned
Chirag shouts with happiness and thanks RV for not bidding for this contract
Chirag the goes and thanks zaveri ji for this
But to every ones surprise next moment chirag's video is played on the screen where he plans to bribe the members of the selection team and win the contract and the roll in wealth
Chirag is shocked to see this , he shots to stop the video , the senior members are shocked and disgusted to hear this
Zavero ji then reprimands the selection team for conniving with chirag , he demands thie resignation lettes and orders them out
Baa is pleasantly surprised
Chirag confronts his girl friend for double crossing him
RV intervenes, threatens him of dire consequences ,
But chirag shouts that RV could not be trusted , this was just RV.s saazish to defame him , because RV was angry with him for having an affair with his wife ishaani , he declares he had his fotos with his wife to prove he was having an affair with ishaani ,ishaani is very scared , but before he can make the fotos public
RV then confronts chirag , bashes him up for using woman for his own selfish reasons but no more
Precap for next week shows ishaani is in tears as RV cups her face and tells her that she must have been waiting for his moment for a long time now
He promises to fill every moment with love every day for the rest of their lives
Ishaani is in tears as he says that everyone says that one falls in love only once in a life time but every time he looked at his ishaani he fell in love
And he was sure she would forgive him for all his faults and accept him as he sad meri aashiqui tum se hai .. he lovingly touches his forehead to hers
