Every day is Valentine's Day
Hiten Tejwani shares his plans for Valentine day and speaks about his long journey with wife Gauri and his twins
Kinnari Shailendra Singhconnect@absoluteindianews.com Hiten and Gauri became the most loved on-screen couple of television industry with their shows Kutumb and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. But little did they know that this on-screen couple will turn out for real one. After having 11 years of togetherness and being blessed with twins, Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan is one of the most loved real life couple as well. Sharing the fond memories of his journey with Gauri, Hiten says, "We have completed 11 years of marriage. The journey was wonderful. First we were just two then we became parents. My twins are almost of five years. Now whatever we do it is just for our kids. Our world revolves around them and being a parent I now realise why kids are called the face of God. Their innocence, the way they make a difference in your life, it all feels blessed. I wish my kids should never grow up. They are just five but they are busier than me. They are engaged with so many activities and studies that we (Gauri and me) hardly get time to spend with them. As soon as they grow up, friends and career will become their priority and then I think our children's would have no time for us."When quizzed about his valentine plan for wife Gauri, Hiten says, "Every Day is Valentine's day for Gauri and me. I give roses to Gauri every day. I think it's unfair that we consider February 14, the only one day to celebrate love. I think this feeling should be celebrated every day. Love your loved one's everyday be it your mom, dad, wife or children. As far as plan is concerned let's see if I get any restaurant vacant for the D-day as you have to do prior booking only then you can get a reservation for a candle light dinner."On work front Gauri, after a long hiatus of five years which she took post pregnancy is back with Ekta Kapoor's Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi where she plays the mother of the female lead. Hiten is apparently busy with his upcoming films and an upcoming show called Gangaa."
