The show begins and we see Ritika urging RV to tell Ishaani everything , share his feelings
Sharman and Ishaani watching them from the window
They notice Ritika n RV hugging caressing one another
Sharman asks do you watch these two ?? Don't they look like lovers ?? Do you need any more proof ??
Ishaani teary eyed says she will free him of all rishtaa
Sharman mutters that he will not enter into any rishtaa with Ritika
Chirag is telling Girish that RV had taken all the diamonds and burnt the property papers too
Chirag is fuming with rage
He just wants to take his revenge from RV
Girish too wants his revenge for his sister
Girish says his weak link is in hotel paradise .. He takes ritika along with him Every day to visit that person
Something is there . They make a plan to discover what RV is hiding in that hotel
At home Ishaani is sad , thinking she would give him divorce as return gift on her birthday. She will do it for his happiness
She then feels she suspected but she ought to confirm from RV first

At hotel paradise Chirag bribes a waiter/manager to learn RV has booked one room No 206 for a whole week and only a spl attendant is allowed inside , no one else
RV's spl guest was there
Chirag goes to the room to see some girl was there
Chirag recognises the girl and thinks of setting fire to the hotel and take his revenge
At home sharman, ritika, devarsh, prateek, Parul are readying the place for Ishaani's birthday at midnight
Ishaani meets Nitin he gives a gift being her birthday , she opens the gift to find a pretty musical clock
Nitin says it was his daughter's birthday too. But he could not wish her
Nitin says RV too must be planning something for her , he had seen her cousins planning something
Isaani says RV must have forgotten her birthday
Ishaani says RV was not talking to her
Nitin says you should know whats in his mind and heart. Look into his eyes to feel his love. Not wait for him to speak , trust his love , never be suspicious

Ishaani reaches the hall she is greeted by Devarsh Parteek ,sharman, ritika, parul
RV too comes there RV stands beside her as devarsh lights candles , RV hands her a decorated knife
Romantic BG tune plays
Ritika asks her to make a wish before blowing out the candle
Ishaani wishes that she should fulfil what ever gave RV happiness
She cuts the cake feeds RV the first piece
..BG song "tum hi ho ...meri aashiqui .. Tum hi ho .." plays
Ishaani then is offered a piece of cake by RV before she can bite it
Ritika and RV both get calls
Both are shocked. Both rush out hurriedly
Sharman suspects them of having affair and gets angry
Prateek wonder where they could have gone
Parul says it must be some emergency or bhaiya will never leave bhabhi's birthday and go
Sharman says did you see how they both ran away together ??
Ishaani says she should not believe what others say. She will find out the truth
Because Rv's eyes say something different
She rushes out

RV, ritika, ishaani reach hotel,Paradise
There is fire, smoke, crowd running here n there , confusion , people crying fire fire,
Police , firemen cordon off the area
RV n Ritika learn room no 206 had caught fire
They get alarmed
Ishaani is stopped by the guards. She pleads them to let her enter
There is chaos. Ritika and RV go straight to room no 206
Chirag is watching RV from a distance and is feeling happy that RV was now going to be in trouble
In the corridor ritika starts coughing due to smoke , ishaani supports her
