My guess: As soon as falguni comes to know nitin is responsible for Harshads death. She will be angry on both nitin and Ranveer. As itself she is angry on nitin , this reason increases her anger much more.
On Ranveer, she will be angry for supporting mota bapu's killer, giving him a job , keeping close to him and not informing anyone. In this, she decides to walk out of ranveer's house. ishani as a dutiful daughter follows her and leaves Ranveer's house. Ranveer will be torn once again amongst his love , his loyalty, his promise given to mota bapu. Then the cycle where ranveer has to make everyone lives perfect.
